1、摘 要模具是工业生产中重要的工艺装备,是国民经济各部门发展的重要基础之一。复合模是一种复杂、精密的冲压模具,它具有高效率、高精度和高寿命等优越性,适用于各种冲压行业 的自动化生产。复合模涉及冲压成形理论、冲压工艺、模具设计与制造以及模具材料中的许多 关键技术。板料的冲压成型是一种重要的金属加工方式,被广泛地应用工业生产领域中。模具是工业生产的基础工艺装备。用模具生产制件所具备的高精度、高复杂程度、高一致性、高生产率和低消耗,是其他加工制造方法所不能比拟的。对汽车挡泥板进行冲裁工艺分析并确定冲裁方案,说明了模具主要零部件的设计和选用。以Solidworks为平台,利用三 维参数化设计与建模技术,
2、对汽车挡泥板的冲压模具进行三维参数化造型设计,可以根据需要改变模具的尺寸;进行虚 拟装配,可以直观地观察和分析模具的结构以及零件的相互位置关系;加快了产品开发速度,提高了产品开发效率,缩短了产品开发周期。 关键词:Solidworks;挡泥板;冲压模具设计AbstractMould & Die is important technical equipment in industrial production. Based on Solidworks, three-dimensional parameterization molding designing for fender is completed with technology of three-dimensional parameterization designing and model building, and dimensions of die can be changed as requi
