1、摘 要 一般的无刷电励磁同步电机系统由同步电机、旋转整流器和交流励磁机等组成。同步电机与交流励磁机同轴相连,旋转整流器固定于转轴上,与两个电机的转子同步旋转。传统同步电机中转子侧存在电刷和滑环,结构复杂、维护困难,容易产生电弧、火花,从而产生爆炸安全事故。本文提出一种新结构无刷同步电机,不需要单独的励磁电机与同步电机相连,该结构的无刷同步电机取消了传统同步电机中转子侧的电刷和滑环结构,也没有同轴连接的单独励磁机,使得电机结构简单,运行可靠,便于维护,且损耗小,效率高。 首先分析了无刷同步电机和无刷电励磁同步电机的结构特点和工作原理,介绍了同步电机的磁场、电动势、相互作用以及转矩性质和运行方式,
2、又介绍了同步电机的额定值和一些一般型号。 利用磁路设计方法完成了一台电励磁同步电机的设计,依照设计参数,利用RMxprt旋转电机设计软件计算其参数,设计了新结构电机的定转子单相绕组参数、旋转整流器的参数,并利用Ansoft进行了有限元分析,分析了电机的性能。 利用样机,进行了电机的负载、空载实验以及短路实验,进一步验证了这种电机的可行性。 关键词:电励磁同步电机;无刷励磁;有限元分析AbstractTraditional brushless synchronous motor system is composed of synchronousmotor、rotating rectifier a
