1、摘 要矿井通风机是煤矿生产中一种重要的大型设备,其主要任务是向井下输送大量的新鲜空气,排出瓦斯等有害气体且降低粉尘浓度,对井下微气候做适当调节,改善矿工的工作环境,从而保证矿井安全生产,为井下作业的工人提供较为良好的工作条件。因此,对矿井通风机进行安全检测,保证其正常有效地进行通风工作,对于煤矿安全生产有着重要的意义。本文针对矿井通风机的工作环境和运行特性,以单片机为测量控制核心,设计了一套基于单片机的矿井通风机安全检测系统,论文探讨了通风机安全检测系统的组成和工作原理,设计了矿井通风机的安全检测硬件电路,并对所用的设备器件的进行了选型,论文也完成了通风机安全检测软件设计,并利用Proteus
2、单片机仿真软件进行了仿真、测试。测试结果表明,本系统的软硬件设计都是可行的,基本达到预期的设计目标。本设计系统提高了矿井通风机的自动化管理水平,有力地确保主通风机能够安全、高效、可靠的运行。关键词:矿井通风机;单片机;安全检测AbstractMine ventilator is an important production in coal mine large equipment, its main task is to carry a lot of fresh air to the underground, reduce the harmful gas such as gas discha
