1、摘 要本文首先分析了该课题的研究意义,矿井主通风机的主要作用是排除井下各种有害、有毒的气休和粉尘,输送新鲜的空气来保障矿井和工人的健康和安全,因此它安全、可靠的运行是煤矿正常生产工作的必要保证。然后我简要介绍了煤矿主通风机的国内外研究现状,其次对煤矿的通风系统进行了阐述以及讲解了各种参数的检测原理。在此基础上我对本系统进行了需求分析,确定了系统的点位,进而进行系统的硬件选型,主要包括传感器、PLC、输入输出模块等部件。本文针对通风机的工作环境和运行特点,设计了以S7-200PLC为主控设备的控制系统,硬件简单、安全,软件通俗易懂、便于学习、方便调试和维修。S7-200PLC控制系统减少了传统继
2、电器机械接触点多、控制方法固定等缺点,极大的提高了系统的灵活性、可靠性。本文通过S7-200PLC和各种传感器的结合,对通风机的各种信号进行采集和处理。本设计旨在提高主通风机设备的自动化管理水平,有力地保证主通风机设备的经济、可靠运行,为设备的管理和维修提供了可靠的科学依据。关键词:煤矿主通风机; S7-200 PLC; 监控系统ABSTRACTThe main role of the main mine fan is excluded underground harmful, toxic gas and dust off, transporting fresh air to protect
