1、 摘 要矿井提升机是矿山生产的关键设备之一,担负着提升煤炭和矸石、升降人员、设备和下放物料的任务,是地面和井下联系的唯一纽带,在整个矿井生产中占有及其重要的地位,素有“矿山咽喉”之称。因此熟悉矿井提升机的性能、结构、动作原理及制动系统的组成和工作原理,合理使用设备,对确保提升机工作效率、提升安全可靠性,防止和杜绝事故的发生具有重要意义。制动系统更是提升系统中的重要环节,所以本设计重点研究提升机制动系统的组成和控制原理。本文主要介绍了液压制动系统的组成及工作原理,制动系统主要包括机械制动和电气制动。机械制动主要是对盘式制动器和液压站的作用、工作原理作出了比较全面的介绍;电气制动主要从低频制动入手
2、,介绍了低频制动的工作原理、低频电源的确定、低频电源主控制柜设计。低频制动采用的是变频装置,从减速点以后进行工频和低频的切换,对提升机制动减速和爬行过程的精度控制有不错的效果,还能起到节能的作用。PLC具有强大的逻辑运算功能,由它构成的逻辑控制可以通过软件编程实现,完成数字化控制。本设计经过比较最终选用西门子S7-200 PLC实现对提升机制动系统的控制,保证提升机可靠安全运行。采用先进的控制技术改造落后矿井提升控制系统,对提高矿井提升系统安全可靠性及运输效率都具有重要的现实意义。关键词:提升机; 制动系统; 低频制动; PLC ABSTRACT Mine hoist is one of th
