1、摘 要最近几年,随着经济的快速发展,电气化铁路交通及埋地油气管道数量迅速增长,导致杂散电流干扰源越来越多,危害也越来越严重。杂散电流腐蚀可以诱发管道穿孔等事故,不但给人们的生活带来极大的不便,也会对环境造成污染。因此,对杂散电流采取积极有效的检测和防治措施,具有深远的研究价值和重大的实践意义。本文详细介绍了杂散电流的相关内容,具体包括:杂散电流的形成以及推导公式,杂散电流的腐蚀危害,并且建立了“走行轨埋地管线大地”结构的杂散电流分布模型,并且利用Matlab软件进行了仿真,而且针对此种模型下,影响杂散电流的各项因素进行了分析。本文中便携式杂散电流测试装置的设计思路是参照管/地电位测试法来进行设
2、计的。根据功能需求,本文采用的是C8051F340单片机为主要核心元件。整个硬件电路设计包括数据采集模块、数据存储模块、人机接口模块、声光报警模块以及电源模块组成。本文设计的便携式杂散电流测试装置具有使用方便、操作简单的特点。关键词:杂散电流;管地电位;测试AbstractWith the rapid development of our countrys economy in recent years, rapid growth in the number of electrified railway and oil gas pipeline causes more and more str
