1、 摘 要本论文对沛城煤矿扩区地面35kV变电站进行了初步设计,其设计过程主要包括负荷的计算、主变的选择、主接线设计、 短路计算、电气设备的选择、继电器保护方案、变电所的防雷保护等。具体内容是通过对沛城煤矿扩区35kV变电站做负荷统计,用需要系数法进行负荷计算,通过对全矿负荷统计计算得出矿井供电的功率因数小于供电规程要求,需进行功率因数的人工补偿。通过采用静电电容器作为无功补偿提高功率因数的方法得到补偿后的功率因数符合规定要求。根据负荷统计计算结果确定该站主变的容量为6300kVA。煤矿系统负荷中一、二级负荷较多,为保证供电设计的可靠性一般选用两台主变压器。因此,主变压器选择两台型号为S11-6
2、300/35型,两台主变采用一备一用的运行方式。根据供电系统的特点,制定了矿井变电所的主接线方式,运行方式、继电保护方案。其中35kV侧为全桥,6kV侧为单母线分段,并绘制了供电系统图。采用标么值法对供电系统进行了短路电流的计算,为电气设备的选择及效验提供了数据。并根据电流的整定值以及相关数据的效验,选择了6kV与35kV配电室的断路器,隔离开关等电气设备并进行了校验。关键词:负荷计算;短路计算;设备选择;运行方式AbstractThis thesis for pei city coal mine expanding area of 35 kV substation has carried o
