1、本科毕业设计(论文)10kg/h冷冻除湿机的设计摘要本课题研究的就是冷冻除湿机的设计。冷冻除湿机就是采用冷冻除湿的方法,将让室内的常温潮湿空气进入除湿机,并且通入作为冷却设备的蒸发器,冷却空气至露点温度以下,大量大于饱和含湿量的水汽就会冷凝液化析出,降低空气湿度。处理后的干燥空气再通过冷凝器升温到常温,通过出风口排出,从而达到降低空气湿度的目的。本课题的研究采用理论计算。根据原始参数已知的的除湿量,额定风量和制冷剂,先确定空气循环,再确定制冷循环。再根据制冷循环,确定空气进出口的温度,从而选择适合功率和风量的压缩机。然后根据计算得到的结果,设计蒸发器冷凝器等换热设备,确定其大小尺寸并进行校核计
2、算。温通过对本课题的研究表明,空气的相对湿度对我们的生产生活具有举足轻重的影响。冷冻除湿机可以有效的控制和调节空气的相对湿度。可见冷冻除湿机有着广泛的应用前景。同时,其技术上的难题也需要时间去慢慢解决。关键词:冷冻除湿 蒸发器 冷凝器 The design of 10kg/h refrigeration dehumidifierAbstractThe design of this topic research is dehumidifier.
