1、专题部分煤巷快速掘进临时支护技术现状分析摘要:煤巷是服务于回采工作面的主要巷道,也是煤矿掘进量最大的巷道。改善煤巷掘进的安全环境,提高煤巷的掘进回采效率,降低开掘成本,对于矿井安全、高效生产十分重要。本文从支护工艺、设备、地质条件等方面对影响煤巷掘进效率的因素进行分析和总结,拟研究煤巷掘进工作面的围岩环境及端头支护机械化。分析了煤巷掘进端头围岩性质、围岩结构、可支护性;现阶段国内外使用的主要临时支护形式与掘进机的适应性;临时支护的结构与支护效果。根据峰峰集团梧桐庄煤矿煤巷机掘工作面的现状进行分析和总结,针对临时支护存在的问题,做了以下工作:(1)收集资料、现场调查。收集了有关梧桐庄煤矿 210
2、 工作面运输及回风顺槽的相关资料,经过现场查看和咨询技术人员了解掘进端头临时支护的现状。(2)掘进工作面巷围岩松动圈测试。采用超声波测试法对峰峰集团梧桐庄矿210 工作面回采、运输顺槽进行围岩松动圈测试得出:210 工作面回风巷松动范围为:靠工作面帮松动范围为 1.1m;另外一侧松动范围为 1.2m。210 工作面运输巷煤帮松动范围为 1.1m。关键词:临时支护;工作面掘进;方案改进Analysis on the current situation of temporary support technology in Coal RoadwayAbstract:Coal roadway is a
