1、摘 要本此设计包括两个部分:设计部分和加深部分。设计部分为冯家塔现代化集中生产矿井。冯家塔井田位于陕西省府谷县城北北东方向15km处,交通便利。井田走向(东西)长约8.2km,倾向(南北)长约6.5km,井田总面积为49km2。主采煤层为4、8、9-2煤,平均倾角为3 5,煤层平均总厚为3.1m。井田地质条件简单。井田工业储量为364.51Mt,可采储量为244.86Mt,设计年生产能力3.0Mt,矿井服务年限为62.8a。矿井涌水量不大,正常涌水量为140m3/h,最大涌水量为224m3/h。井田内各煤层瓦斯含量低,变化在0.020.18ml/gr之间,属于低瓦斯矿井。矿井设计为一个综采工作
2、面和三个掘进工作面。井田采用三条斜开拓方式,主副井布置在冯家塔场地,回风斜井位于井田中西部。矿井一水平开采4号煤,二水平开采8、9-2煤。通过矿井困难时期计算,风井设计在中西部可以满足二水平通风要求,只需在困难时期加大风机矿井功率,通风方式为中央边界式。主运输采用胶带运输机运煤,辅助运输采用无轨胶轮车。矿井年工作日为330d,工作制度为“四六”制,三班半采煤,半班检修。设计部分共包括7章:(1)矿井地质概况;(2)井田开拓;(3)大巷运输及设备;(4)采区布置及装备;(5)井通风与安全;(6)矿井提升、运输、排水、压缩空气设备选型;(7)环境保护。加深部分是矿井提升设备选型。VIABSTRAC

Fengjiata mine is located in the north of the City of Fugu County of Shaanxi Province, 15km North-East away to the city. The transportation there is very convenie
4、nt. The length of the minefield from orebody direction (E-W) is about 8.2km, and from orbody tendency (N-S) is is about 6.5km. The total area of the minefield is about 49km2, and the main coal seam was 4, 8, 9-2, the average angle of the orebody is 3 5, the average thickness of coal seam is 3.1m. Ge
5、ological conditions of mining field is relatively simple.The mining industrial reserves of the Fengjiata is 364.51Mt, and the recoverable reserves is about 244.86Mt, the design annual production capacity is 3.0Mt, the service life of mine is 62.8a. Mining inflow is not so serious, and normal dischar
6、ge is about 140m3/h, the maximum inflow is 224m3/h. The coal seam gas content in the minefield is changed between 0.02 0.18ml/gr, which belongs to the low gas mine. The design contend includes one fully mechanized coal face and three heading faces.The minefield adopts three inclined shaft developmen
