1、摘 要本设计是以桑树坪煤矿地质资料为基础设计的,设计开采2、3号煤层。两层煤地质条件简单,倾角35,平均间距15m,采用联合布置开采。3号煤层为煤与瓦斯突出层,2号煤层为解放层。另外,2号煤层为局部可采的薄煤层,平均煤厚0.7m;3号煤层为全井田可采的厚煤层,赋存较为稳定,平均煤厚6.46m。矿井设计资源量396.15 Mt,可采储量287.31Mt,设计生产能力3.0Mt/a,服务年限68.1a。本设计采用斜井单水平开拓,初期设置主斜井,斜坡道和回风立井三个井筒。采用盘区划分,条带式开采,采煤方法为倾斜长壁一次采全厚综采低位放顶煤法。井田共划分为八个盘区,首采一盘区。主斜井采用胶带运输,斜坡
2、道采用无轨胶轮车运输。矿井采用分区域式通风,通风方式为抽出式。本设计以理论联系实际,重点针对该矿井的概述及矿井地质、井田境界及储量、井型服务年限、井田开拓、采煤方法、井下运输、提升方式、通风与安全、排水等方面展开的,对同类矿山开采具有一定指导意义。关键词:开采设计;斜井开拓;综采放顶煤;煤与瓦斯突出 AbstractThe design is based on Sangshuping coal mine geological data, and mine 2#、3# coal seam. The geological condition of these coal seams is simpl
3、e and its dip angle coal is 6 to 8 degree. The average distance is 15 meters, so use united mining. The 3# coal seam is the coal and gas outburst seam, must drain gas before mine. The 2# coal seam is liberated seam. In addition,it is partial and extremely thin. Besides the average thickness of it is
4、 0.7 meters. The 3# coal seam is entire and thick. The average thickness of it is 6.46 meters. The designed mine resource is 396.15 Mt and recoverable resource is 287.31 Mt. The coal seam of design production capacity is 3.0Mt/a and the length of service is 68.1 years. This mine use the manner of In
5、clined Single-level shaft open up. In preliminary stage, it sets the main shaft, auxiliary shaft and air shaft. Use panel partition and strip mining, use full-mechanized caving mining method. The all coal seam is divided by 8 panels, and the 1 panel is mined firstly. The main inclined use belt conve
6、yor transport and vice inclined use trackless vehicle transport. This mine use region entilation system and exhaust ventilation.
