1、 摘要本设计以袁二煤矿10号煤层为开采煤层。10#煤层地质条件较为简单,煤层倾角5-25度,平均煤厚4m,矿井设计资源量106.6Mt,设计可采储量90.56Mt,设计生产能力1.8 Mt/a,服务年限50.2a。本矿井采用立井开拓,设置主立井,副立井,回风立井根据国家相关法律法规、行业设计规范和银河煤矿提供的相关基础资料,设计共提出了2个技术上可行、经济上较合理的井田开拓方案,经过方案比选,最终确定选用方案一,即立井双水平开拓,采区后退式开采,单一长壁综合机械化一次采全高采煤法。设计首采区采用采区准备方式,工作面长度200 m,采用一次采全高采煤法,全部跨落法处理采空区。矿井采用“三八”制作
2、业,两班生产,一班检修。生产班每班3个循环,日进6个循环,循环进尺0.6 m矿井生产采用抽出式通风方式,中央并列式通风系统。设计选用箕斗作主提升,带式输送机作主运输,无轨胶轮车罐笼作辅助提升,无轨胶轮车作为辅助运输。关 键 词:立井;上下山开采;运输、通风、环境保护设计类型:设计ABSTRACTThe paper is designed on the basis of 10# coal seam on Yuan er coal mine.The geological condition of 10#coal seam is simple and its dip angle coal is 5t

The designed mine resource is 106.6 Mt and recoverable reserves is 90.56 Mt.The coal seam of design production capacity is 1.8Mt/a and the length of service is 50.2 years.This mine uses shaft development way, sets the main shaf
4、t, auxiliary shaft and air shaft.According to relevant state laws and regulations, Industry standard and Basic data Provide by Milky Way Coal Mine, the design put forward 2 technically feasible, economically reasonable mine development scheme. 5、opening in two level, panel strip retreating working, long wall fully mechanized mining overall height in one times. ,Designed first mining district, the length of working face is 200 m, which uses fully-mechanized coal mining technology, and fully caving method to deal with goaf. The working system
6、 is “three-eight”,with two teams mining, and the other overhauling. Every mining team makes three working cycle, with4working cycle everyday.
