1、摘 要 本设计包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为祁东煤矿 3.0 Mt/a 新井设计。一般部分共包括 10 章:1.矿区概述及井田地质特征;2.井田境界与储量;3.矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限;4.井田开拓;5.准备方式-采区巷道布置;6.采煤方法;7.井下运输;8.矿井提升;9.矿井通风与安全;10.矿井基本技术经济指标。祁东矿位于安徽省宿州市埇桥区祁县镇、西寺坡镇和固镇县湖沟区境内,井田中心距宿州市约 20km,交通便利。井田形状近似长方形,东西长约 4.5 km,南北宽约 1.4 km,面积约 24 km2。井田内开采 61和 71煤层,先采 61。煤层倾角
2、9.0513.8,平均 12.1。两煤层平均厚度均为 7.0 m。井田地质条件较为简单。矿井工业储量为 488.397Mt,可采储量为 297.74Mt。矿井设计生产能力为 3.0Mt/a。矿井服务年限 70.89 a。矿井涌水量不大,正常涌水量为 440 m3/h,最大涌水量为 630 m3/h。煤层相对瓦斯涌出量为 10m3/t,属高瓦斯煤层。煤层自燃倾向等级为三类不易自燃;除无烟煤与天然焦以外,煤尘均具有爆炸危险。矿井采用立井两水平开拓,暗斜井延深,下行开采。一矿一面,采煤方法为综合机械化放顶煤开采。全矿采用胶带运输机运煤,辅助运输采用 1.5 t 固定箱式矿车。矿井通风方式采用两翼对角
3、式。矿井年工作日为 330 d,日净提升时间 16 h,工作制度为“三八制”。专题部分题目是深部巷道支护技术研究。翻译部分是一篇关于低透气性单煤层综合瓦斯抽采技术的论文,英文题目为 Research into Comprehensive Gas Extraction Technology of Single Coal Seams with Low Permeability in the Jiaozuo Coal Mining Area。关键词:关键词:新井设计;放顶煤;两翼对角式 ABSTRACT This design contains three parts:the general par

6、Anhui province,20 km away from the center of the town.And the transportation is very convenience.The shape of minefield is like a rectangle which has a length of 4.5 km in the east and west and a width of 1.4 km in the south and north on average.The total plane area of the mine is about 24 km2.There
7、 are two coal seams in the mine NO.61 and NO.71.Mining the NO.61 coal seam firstly.The angle is about 9.0513.8 degree with an average of 12.1 and the thickness of both coal seams is about 7.0 m.The minefield geological condition is simple.The proved reserves of the minefield are 488.397 million tons
