1、 摘 要 本设计包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为祁东矿 61号煤 90 万 t 新井设计,共分 10 章:1.矿区概述及井田地质特征;2.井田境界和储量;3.矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限;4.井田开拓;5.准备方式-采区巷道布置;6.采煤方法;7.井下运输;8.矿井提升;9.矿井通风与安全技术;10.矿井基本技术经济指标。祁东煤矿位于宿南向斜的东南端,为一走向近东西、倾向北、倾角约 1015的单斜构造,并在其上发育有次一级的褶曲和断层,区内小构造极为发育。井田东西长约 9km,南北宽约 3.55km,面积约 35km2。井田内主采煤层一层,即 61-1煤层平均厚
2、2.8 m,井田工业储量为 96.81 Mt,可采储量 91.69 Mt,矿井服务年限为 58.3a。煤层硬度系数 f2.3,煤质牌号为无烟煤、焦煤。本矿井为高瓦斯矿井,瓦斯绝对涌出量为 13.32 m3/min。本矿井正常涌水量为 480 m3/h,最大涌水量为 620 m3/h。矿井采用双立井两水平开拓,采用对角式通风。由于矿井地质条件简单,且为缓倾斜煤层,所以整个矿井采用采区布置,系统简单可靠。一矿一面,采煤方法为长壁综合机械化采煤法。煤炭运输采用钢丝绳芯胶带,辅助运输采用电机车。矿井年工作日为 330 d,每天净提升时间 16 h。矿井工作制度为:实行“三八”制。专题部分题目是蛇形山矿
