祁东煤矿1.2Mta新井设计【专题对开滦矿区防治水的认识及探讨】.pdf

1、 摘 要 本设计包括三个部分：一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分针为皖北煤电集团祁东煤矿 1.2Mt/a 的新井设计。祁东煤矿位于安徽省宿州市埇桥区，井田东西走向平均长 8.77 km，南北倾向平均长 2.95km，面积约 25.87km2。主采煤层为 61煤层和 71煤层，其中煤层 61煤层厚度为 3.0m，61煤层厚度为 2.2m，且均属于单斜构造，倾角平均为 13。井田工业储量为 171.37Mt，可采储量 112.28 Mt，矿井服务年限 66.83a。矿井平均涌水量 440m3/h，最大涌水量 630m3/h。矿井相对瓦斯涌出量为 10.6m3/t，属于煤与瓦斯突出矿井。祁东煤矿

2、设计为两个开采水平，采用立井开拓，暗斜井延深的开拓方式，集中大巷联合布置，且均为岩石大巷。其中第一水平标高为-650m，第二水平标高-900m。准备方式采用采区式，进行分层布置。因本矿井为煤与瓦斯突出矿井，矿井通风采用采区式通风，并在开采之前进行瓦斯提前抽放。本矿的工作制度为“四六制”，采用双滚筒采煤机割煤，往返一次割两刀。截深为 0.6m，每天 9 个循环。采用走向长壁综合机械化采煤法，一次采全高。矿井布置一个综采工作面，面长 200m。运输大巷采用胶带输送机运煤，辅助运输采用蓄电池电机车牵引固定箱式矿车。专题部分：题目为“对开滦矿区防治水的认识及探讨”翻译部分：题目为“Real-Time

3、Monitoring and Early Warning Techniques of Water Inrush through Coal Floor”，主要介绍了监测及预警系统在煤层底板突水问题上的应用。关键词：祁东矿井；双立井；采区布置；综采；防治水 ABSTRACT This design contains three parts:the general，the special subject and the translation.The general part is a new design of Qidong Mine in Wanbei coal&eletricity combi

4、ne.The Qidong Mine field lies in Yongqiao fileds of Anhui province.The boundary of the mine field runs 8.77km from west to east and 2.95km from north to south on average.The total plane area of the mine is about 25.87km2.The minable coal seam are 61 with an average thickness of 3.0m and 71 with an a

5、verage thickness of 2.2m.Its dip angle is 13 degree on average.The industry reserves of the mine field are 171.37 million tons and the useable reserves are 112.28 million tons.The service o life of the mine is 66.83 years.The average inflow rate in Qidong mine is 440 m3/h and the most is 660 m3/h.Th

6、e mine gas emission rate is 10.6 m3/t which can be recognized as coal and gas outburst mine.There are two mining levels in Qidong mine.The design uses a vertical shaft development method at the first level and a internal inclined shaft development at the second level.The centralized main roadways ar

7、e all main entries in rock.The first mining level is located at the-650m,and the second is at the level of-900m.The way of preparation is distric.Taking into account of the coal and gas outburst mine,mine ventilation method use mining area ventilation and excaves bottom gas drainage roadway before m

8、ining to relief gas pressure in advance.The working system is 4-shift with a 6-hour workday.The working face uses double drum shearer cutting coal which cuts twice each working cycle.The depth-web is 0.6m with nine working cycles per day.The working face applies fully mechanized longwall full-height

9、 coal caving method.There is one working face in the mine and the length of the face is 200m.Main roadway makes use of belt conveyor to transport coal resource,and battery locomotive to be assistant transport.The title of special subject is“The understanding of control of water of Kailuan mine”.The
