1、 摘 要 本设计包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分针为皖北煤电集团祁东煤矿 1.2Mt/a 的新井设计。祁东煤矿位于安徽省宿州市埇桥区,井田东西走向平均长 8.77 km,南北倾向平均长 2.95km,面积约 25.87km2。主采煤层为 61煤层和 71煤层,其中煤层 61煤层厚度为 3.0m,61煤层厚度为 2.2m,且均属于单斜构造,倾角平均为 13。井田工业储量为 171.37Mt,可采储量 112.28 Mt,矿井服务年限 66.83a。矿井平均涌水量 440m3/h,最大涌水量 630m3/h。矿井相对瓦斯涌出量为 10.6m3/t,属于煤与瓦斯突出矿井。祁东煤矿
2、设计为两个开采水平,采用立井开拓,暗斜井延深的开拓方式,集中大巷联合布置,且均为岩石大巷。其中第一水平标高为-650m,第二水平标高-900m。准备方式采用采区式,进行分层布置。因本矿井为煤与瓦斯突出矿井,矿井通风采用采区式通风,并在开采之前进行瓦斯提前抽放。本矿的工作制度为“四六制”,采用双滚筒采煤机割煤,往返一次割两刀。截深为 0.6m,每天 9 个循环。采用走向长壁综合机械化采煤法,一次采全高。矿井布置一个综采工作面,面长 200m。运输大巷采用胶带输送机运煤,辅助运输采用蓄电池电机车牵引固定箱式矿车。专题部分:题目为“对开滦矿区防治水的认识及探讨”翻译部分:题目为“Real-Time

5、verage thickness of 2.2m.Its dip angle is 13 degree on average.The industry reserves of the mine field are 171.37 million tons and the useable reserves are 112.28 million tons.The service o life of the mine is 66.83 years.The average inflow rate in Qidong mine is 440 m3/h and the most is 660 m3/h.Th
