1、 设计题目:张家峁一矿开采设计张家峁一矿开采设计 专 业:采矿工程 本 科 生:?(签名)(签名)指导老师:?(签名)(签名)摘摘 要要 本次设计的张家峁一号井田位于陕北黄土高原与毛乌素沙漠的接壤地带,地处我国西部内陆,是典型的中温带半干旱大陆性气候。井田地貌类型可分为风沙滩地区和黄土丘陵沟壑区。井田东西长约 10.0km,南北宽约 5.7km,面积 52.1532 km2。井田属于近浅埋煤层,埋深为 300 米左右,倾角为 1 3。井田内无断层及岩浆岩,地质构造简单,煤层属于罗系延安组,瓦斯含量低。该井田内可采煤层有 4 层,分别为 3-1、4-2、4-3和 5-2,地质资源储量为 718.
2、05Mt,根据设计规范要求及计算确定本煤田的设计可采储量为 495.13Mt,井型定为 5.00Mt/a,服务年限为 76.17a。根据煤层的赋存条件,及其开采条件,本次设计可选方案有两个,方案一是常家沟水库斜井开拓,方案二是井田东部火烧区斜井开拓,经过经济技术比较设计采用方案一。矿井采用斜井多水平开拓,采用盘区式划分,分为三个盘区,一井一面,工作面长为 400 米,采用长壁后退式全部跨落法综合机械化采煤方法开采全矿资源,主要运输采用胶带输送机运输,辅助运输采用无轨胶轮车,胶带作为主提升运输设备,将煤从井底运出地面,实现地面到井底的连续运输,从而实现运输系统简单化。井下通风方式选择抽出式通风,
