1、 磁性复合粒子 Fe3O4mSiO2-NH2的制备、性能及应用研究 摘 要 作为同时具备磁性和纳米尺度特性的特殊纳米粒子,Fe3O4在越来越多的领域表现出巨大的应用潜力。首先通过高温分解和修饰的 Stober 方法制备表面包覆介孔二氧化硅的 Fe3O4粒子并采用硅烷试剂对其表面修饰;然后采用 X 射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、振动样品磁强计(VSM)和 BET 等技术对所制备的粒子进行结构、形貌和性能表征;最后探索粒子吸附重金属离子的能力。结果表明,粒子在包覆前后分别为立方体和球形,尺寸分别在 40-70 nm和 220-260 nm,降低前驱体浓度和反
2、应时间可获得更薄的 SiO2壳;复合粒子平均孔径和表面积分别为 2.6 nm 和 675 m2 g-1;另外复合粒子磁性得以保留且对 Fe3+具有较大吸附量,达 20.66 mg g-1。本课题研究结果对磁性复合粒子在水质处理方面的应用具有重要指导意义。关键词关键词:磁性复合粒子;高温分解法;介孔二氧化硅;表面功能化;磁分离 Research of preparation、properties and application for Fe3O4mSiO2-NH2 Abstract Fe3O4,as a kind of nanoparticles with magnetic properties
3、 and nanoscale features are used in more and more fields,expressing their great potential application.Firstly,we prepared magnetite by thermal decomposition of iron()acetylacetonate,modifying it with oleic acid in order to improve the dispersion and stability of nanoparticles and provide possibiliti
4、es for post-process.Secondly,Fe3O4 nanoparticles were coated by a layer of mesoporous silica using modified Stober method for the application in water treatment.Then structural and magnetic properties were characterized by XRD,SEM,FT-IR,vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM)and BET techniques.Finally,th
5、e abilities of particles in removing heavy metal ions was researched.Obtained results revealed that decreasing the precursor concentration and the reaction time decreases the thickness of the silica shell.Before and after coating,particles were cubic and spherical with average size of 40-70 nm and 2
6、20-260 nm respectively.The asprepared composite particles had an average pore size of 2.6 nm and a high surface area of 675 m2 g-1.After silica coating,the Fe3O4mSiO2 maintained the magnetic properties and had a relatively large adsorption capacity for Fe3+;up to 20.66 mg of Fe per g of adsorbent.Th
