1、 铝基非晶/合金颗粒改性环氧树脂涂层的制备及性能研究 摘 要 在当今环境条件越来越复杂的情况下,任何单一的材料都因不能适应多种环境而被淘汰。顺应学科交叉的科学研究背景下,纳米科学技术成为了材料中的新兴技术手段。只需要少量的纳米添加剂就能对材料的性能有极大的提高。目前许多科研工作者对环氧树脂纳米复合改性的制备、改性粒子的表面处理、复合材料的宏观性能、复合材料的微观表征等诸多方面进行了一系列的研究。对于改性的机理及改性剂的选择大部分依靠试验来进行。本文主要的研究内容简述如下:1、通过直接混合法制备了铝基非晶合金颗粒改性环氧树脂涂层和 TiO2改性环氧树脂涂层。利用盐雾试验方法定性测量改性涂层的宏观
2、耐蚀性,利用电化学工作站测量改性涂层的电化学交流阻抗,定量分析涂层的电化学性能。2、对改性后的涂层进行了试验,分析了试验结果,试验表明 TiO2改性涂层可以提高涂层的电化学交流阻抗,铝基非晶合金改性后的涂层提高了涂层的自修复能力。关键词关键词:环氧树脂;铝基非晶;耐蚀性能;纳米改性 Study on Preparation and properties of Al based amorphous alloy particles/modified epoxy resin coating Abstract In todays increasingly complex environmental c

4、f the material.At present,many research workers of epoxy resin nano composite modified of preparation,processing,the macroscopic properties of composite materials,composite microscopic characterization of particle surface modification and other aspects of a series of studies.For the modification of
5、the mechanism and the choice of the modifier most rely on tests to carry out.The main research contents of this paper are summarized as follows:1,were prepared by direct mixing of Al based amorphous alloy particles modified epoxy resin coating and TiO2 modified epoxy resin coating.The macro corrosio
6、n resistance of the modified coating was qualitatively measured by the salt spray test method,the electrochemical impedance of the modified coating was measured by the electrochemical workstation,and the electrochemical properties of the coating were quantitatively analyzed.2,the modified coating te
