1、 摘要 一般部分针对徐州张双楼煤矿进行了井型为 3.0Mt/a 的新井设计。张双楼煤矿井位于江苏省沛县安国镇境内,井田走向长 13.5km,倾斜宽 2.9km,面积约 37.9km2。主采煤层为 9#煤层,煤层倾角 1821,平均厚度10.0m。井田工业储量为 402.7Mt,可采储量265Mt,矿井服务年限为 68a。矿井正常涌水量为 280m3/h,最大涌水量为 330m3/h;矿井相对瓦斯涌出量为 1.22m3/t,属低瓦斯矿井。根据井田地质条件,设计采用双立井两水平开拓方式,暗斜井延深。井田采用全采区式布置方式,共划分为六个采区。轨道大巷、运输大巷皆为岩石大巷,布置在 9#煤层底板岩层
2、中。考虑到本矿井走向长度较大,开采深度较大。在第一水平开采时采用分区对角式通风方式,第二水平采用中央并列式通风方式。针对东一采区采用了采区准备方式,共划分 8 个工作面,并进行了运煤、通风、运料、排矸、供电系统设计。针对 9102 工作面进行了采煤工艺设计。该工作面煤层平均厚度为 10.0m,平均倾角19,直接顶为中细砂岩,老顶为中砂岩。工作面采用长壁综采放顶煤采煤法。采用双滚筒采煤机割煤,往返一次割两刀。采用“三八制”工作制度,截深 0.6m,每天 9 个循环,循环进尺 5.4m,月推进度 162m。大巷采用胶带输送机运煤,辅助运输采用蓄电池式电机车牵引固定箱式矿车。主井采用两套带平衡锤的
