1、摘 要本设计包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分共包括10章:1.矿区概述及井田地质特征;2.井田境界和储量;3.矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限;4.井田开拓;5.准备方式-采区巷道布置;6.采煤方法;7.井下运输;8.矿井提升;9.矿井通风;10.矿井基本技术经济指标。一般部分为刘庄矿2.4Mt/a新井设计。刘庄井田位于安徽省阜阳市颍上县北部,交通便利。井田走向(南北)长约5.32km,倾向(东西)长约2.12km,井田总面积为11.28km2。主采煤层为13-1号煤层,平均倾角为14,煤层平均总厚为18.51m。井田地质条件较为简单。井田工业储量为296.14Mt,矿
2、井可采储量175.55Mt。矿井服务年限为56.25a,矿井正常涌水量为550m3/h,最大涌水量为960m3/h。矿井瓦斯涌出量较低,为低瓦斯矿井。井田划分为二水平,第一水平标高为-680m,第二水平标高为-930m,双立井开拓,主井装备箕斗,副井装备罐笼。大巷采用胶带输送机运煤,辅助运输采用1.5t厢式矿车运输。矿井通风方式为两翼对角式通风。矿井年工作日为330d,工作制度为“四六”制。专题部分题目为:基于谢苗诺夫热自燃理论的瓦斯爆炸控制理论及技术研究翻译部分题目为:World coal liquefaction technology progress and the policy of
