1、摘 要本设计年产量60万吨。井田内煤层赋存比较稳定煤层倾角11-12,平均煤厚4.1m,整体地质条件比较简单,瓦斯涌出量相对较高,涌水量也较大。根据实际的地质资料情况进行井田开拓和准备方式的初步设计,该矿井决定采用立井上下山开采,设计采用综合机械化一次采全高回采工艺,走向长壁采煤法,用全部跨落法处理采空区。并对矿井运输、矿井提升、矿井排水和矿井通风等各个生产系统的设备选型计算,以及对矿井安全技术措施和环境保护提出要求,完成整个矿井的初步设计。矿井全部实现机械化,采用先进技术和借鉴已实现高产高效现代化矿井的经验,实现一矿一面高产高效矿井从而达到良好的经济效益和社会效益。关键词:立井、走向长壁、一
