1、摘 要本设计包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为曹村煤矿240万t新井设计,共分10章:1.矿区概述及井田地质特征;2.井田境界和储量;3.矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限;4.井田开拓;5.准备方式-采区巷道布置;6.采煤方法;7.井下运输;8.矿井提升;9.矿井通风与安全技术;10.矿井基本技术经济指标。曹村煤矿位于山西省临汾市北部霍州市东南约7km处,交通便利。井田走向长度为4.5 km,倾斜长度3.03.5km,。水平面积12.1km2,倾斜面积12.5 km2。井田内主采煤层一层,即2#煤层,平均倾角8.6,煤层平均厚9 m,井田工业储量为26803万t,可采储
2、量18381万t,矿井服务年限为59 a。煤层硬度系数f2.3,煤质牌号为气煤肥煤。本矿井为低瓦斯矿井,瓦斯绝对涌出量为3.73 m3/min,CO2绝对涌出量为26.21 m3/min。矿区综采,机掘的最大最小煤尘浓度和平均浓度为337.8 mg/m3,136.8 mg/m3;35.4 mg/m3,16.2 mg/m3,煤尘爆炸性指数在43%左右,均属于有煤尘爆炸危险性煤层。区内山西组2#煤为不易自燃煤层矿井为级发火矿井,井田内的煤层自燃发火期一般为36月。矿井采用双立井单水平开拓,采用中央并列式通风。一矿一面,采煤方法为长壁放顶煤全部垮落法。煤炭运输采用钢丝绳芯胶带,辅助运输采用电机车。矿

The proved reserves of this coal mine are 268.03 Mt and the minable reserves are 183.81 Mt, with a mine life of 59 a.The g
