1、摘 要本设计包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为兖矿集团济宁三号煤矿4.0Mt/a新井设计,共分10章:1.矿区概述及井田地质特征;2.井田境界和储量;3.矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限;4.井田开拓;5.准备方式-盘区巷道布置;6.采煤方法;7.井下运输;8.矿井提升;9.矿井通风与安全技术;10.矿井基本技术经济指标。兖矿集团济宁三号煤矿位于山东省济宁煤田中部,主采煤层一层,即3下煤层,倾角29,平均厚度5.26m,地质条件简单,煤层具有煤尘爆炸危险性并有自然发火倾向。井田工业储量为567.881Mt,可采储量424.408Mt,适宜布置大型矿井,矿井设计产量4.0
2、Mt/a,设计服务年限为70a。设计矿井采用立井单水平开拓,前期采用中央并列式通风,后期采用两翼对角式通风。一矿一面,采煤方法为厚煤层综采一次采全高全部垮落法。煤炭运输采用钢丝绳芯胶带,辅助运输采用无轨胶轮车。矿井年工作日为330 d,每天净提升时间16 h。矿井工作制度为:实行“三八”制作业,(两班生产,一班检修),每日两班出煤。专题部分题目为大采高综采工作面矿压显现规律研究。着重研究了大采高综采工作面矿压显现特征及规律,和大采高综采工作面煤岩组合力学模型及其控制。翻译部分是“The 23rd International Conference on Ground Control Ming”中
