1、 摘 要本设计包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为孔庄煤矿2.4Mt/a新井设计。全篇共分为十个部分:1.矿井概况及井田地质特征;2.井田境界和储量;3.矿井生产能力、服务年限及工作制度;4.井田开拓;5.准备方式带区巷道布置;6.采煤方法;7.井下运输;8.矿井提升;9.矿井通风与安全技术;10.矿井基本技术经济指标。孔庄煤矿位于徐州市沛县境内。井田东西长约7km、南北宽3.6km,面积约17.2km2。井田内可采煤层为7#煤,其赋存稳定,厚度平均8m,倾角平均16,为缓倾斜煤层。井田内工业储量为31458万t,可采储量为20328万t。矿井平均涌水量为525 m3/h,相
2、对瓦斯涌出量为1.732m3/t,属低瓦斯矿井;煤尘无爆炸性危险,无自燃发火倾向。孔庄煤矿设计生产能力为2.4Mt/a,服务年限为60.5年,工作制度为“三八”制。矿井采用立井两水平开拓方式,采用倾斜长壁综合机械化放顶煤采煤法。矿井采用一矿一面的高效作业方式,工作面长度为200m。水平运输大巷采用胶带输送机运输,辅助运输采用架线式电机车牵引1t固定箱式矿车运输矸石和材料等。矿井通风方式为中央并列式。专题部分:专题题目为“浅析采空区充填技术”。翻译部分:英文题目是“Numerical Simulation of Coal and Natural Gas Cocombustion in a Rot

The ventilation and the safety operation of the mine; 10.The basic economic and technical norms.The Kong Zhuang Mine field is located in Xuzhou city of pei xian .The boundary of the mine field runs 3.6 km from north to south and 7km from west to east. The total plane area of the mine is about 17
6、.2 km2. In the well field may mine coal is the 7# coal. Its average thickness of the seam is 8 m and it is stable and flatly inclined. Its dip angle is 16 degree on average. The industry reserves of the mine field are 314.58 million tons and the useable reserves are 203.28 million tons. The average
7、inflow rate in Kong zhuang mine is 525 m3/h. The relative gas discharge quantity is 1.732 m3/t .It is a lower gassy mine. The coal dust doesnt have explosion hazard as well as the self-combustion tendency. The productive capacity of Kong zhuang Mine is 2.4 million tons per year,and the service life
