1、摘要釜山五矿拥有两层可采煤层,煤层和煤厚分别是1#(7)、3#(5.5)。煤层南北约为3690m,东西约为4370m,井田面积约为16.1 km2。平均倾角为4度。工业储量为2.82亿吨,设计储量为2.74亿吨,可采储量为1.86亿吨。本设计从矿井的开拓、开采、运输、通风、提升及工作面的采煤方法等各个环节进行了详细的叙述,设计严格遵守设计规范和煤矿安全规程,整个矿井采用了先进的皮带运输,提高了运输能力,为矿井的增产打下了良好的运输基础。采煤方法采用倾斜长壁综合机械化采煤方法。工作面支护方式为液压支架支护方式,端头支护采用端头支架。本设计采用立井单水平开拓,主井采用箕斗提升,副井采用罐笼提升,大
2、巷采用集中布置。通风方式为中央并列式。本次设计是釜山五矿新井设计,地质资料都是在实习矿上搜集的,在指导教师的指导下,并合理运用平时及课堂上积累的知识,查找有关资料和文献,力求设计出一个高产、高效、安全的现代化矿井。关键词:煤矿开采;开拓布置;运输;开采方式;通风AbstractFu Shan No.5 coal mine can have a two-layer thick coal seam, and were 1#(7)、3#(5.5).
