1、摘要本设计是小康三矿3.0Mt/a新井设计。井田内有两层煤,煤层平均倾角8度。通过对地质资料的深入分析和方案的比较,确定采用立井开拓。主井和副井位于井田储量中心,设立一个风井,位于井田中部,采用中央并列式通风。全矿井设置一个开采水平,开拓方式为立井单水平上下山开拓,采煤方法采用倾斜长壁放顶煤采煤法。根据煤层的赋存情况 ,采用集中大巷的布置方式,两条大巷布置在最下煤层的底板岩层中。主井采用箕斗提升,副井采用罐笼提升,运煤采用皮带运输,实现了全矿井的连续运输。工作面采用国内外先进采煤设备,有利于工作面高产高效。在设计中,开拓方式、井筒位置的选择、大巷布置都进行了方案比较。全矿划分为两个带区,带区内
2、采用跳采。设计中采用综放综掘等先进工艺和技术,提高了煤炭的开采和掘进效率,减少了建井工期和初期投资。设计矿井为一井一面的高效矿井,实了集中生产。为了优化设计,在开拓布局上进行了优化,使生产系统尽量简化。通过选用先进的技术和装备,提高开采机械化水平,实现高度集中生产,使得矿井达到高产高效的目标。关键词:集中布置;高产高效;皮带运输IAbstractThis design is the new mine design of Xiaokang NO.3 mine with capability of 3.0Mt/a.
