1、摘要:王村井田位于合阳县与澄城县的交界处,矿井工业场地选择在王村公社附近,东距合阳县8公里,西距澄城县16公里。工业场地附近,地形平坦,地面标高一般在+710+760米左右,黄土覆盖厚达150200米。 井田东西走向长15公里,南北倾斜宽3公里,井田面积45平方公里.井田地质储量为20717万吨,设计的可采5号煤层地质储量为14236万吨,占总储量的68.7%。根据地质储量,扣除工业场地、井筒、铁路、河流和村庄煤柱,以及开采损失的煤量后,采区回采率按80%计算,井田的可采储量为9680万吨。由于煤层埋藏较深,赋存情况比较稳定,所以本矿井设计为单水平生产,采用一对立井的开拓方案,矿井的生产能力为
2、90万吨,采用走向长壁式综采,一次采全高后退式采煤法。矿井设计年工作日为300天,每天三班作业,两班采煤一班准备,每班工作8个小时,每日净提升时间为14小时,矿井服务年限为74年。井田煤层赋存平缓、构造比较简单,工作面采用综合机械化采煤,设计确定工作面长度为150米, 工作面年推进度为1440米。本矿井属于低级瓦斯矿井,有煤尘爆炸危险,煤层不易自然,低温情况正常,属“无热害区”井田。矿井采用抽出式通风。每一个生产水平和每一个采区,都必须布置单独的回风道,实行分区通风。 煤炭在井下主要以胶带运输为主,运到井底煤仓后再经箕斗提升至地面。井底车场的通过能力完全可以满足生产需求,使煤炭资源源源不断的运
