永夏4.50Mta矿区型炼焦煤选煤厂初步设计.doc

1、摘 要本设计是永夏4.50Mt/a矿区型炼焦煤选煤厂初步设计，本厂年工作制度330天，每天生产时间为16小时，两班生产，一班检修。通过对煤质资料进行分析、校正、计算，确定一矿煤和二矿煤混合入洗，且不需要进行预先机械类排矸。在此基础上，通过几个可能的选煤工艺流程，进行产品预测和技术、经济比较，选出最佳方案：一矿和二矿原煤13-50mm块煤浅槽主再洗-13-1mm末煤预先脱泥无压三产品重介旋流器-粗煤泥TBS-煤泥浮选联合工艺流程。粗精煤泥采用TBS-弧形筛-煤泥离心机回收。煤泥水系统采用直接浮选工艺。浮选精煤用加压过滤机脱水。浮选尾煤浓缩后压滤，煤泥厂内回收，实现洗水闭路循环，整个系统实现机械自

2、动化控制。原煤来自永夏矿区的两个矿井，分别是一矿和二矿原煤，一矿煤为肥煤，可选性为难选；二矿煤也为肥煤，但其可选性也为难选。所设计选煤厂主要产品有：精煤（灰分Ad=8.452%，水分Mt=9.06%）、中煤（灰分Ad=27.183%，水分Mt=12.80%）、煤泥（灰分Ad=44.862%，水分Mt=22.00%）和矸石（灰分Ad=72.762%，水分Mt=13.73%）。选煤厂主要经济技术指标如下：1） 总投资：27177.11万元；2） 劳动定员：241人；3） 全员效率：85吨/人；4） 生产工人效率：91.8吨/人；5） 吨煤投资：60.39元/吨；6） 回收期：0.17年。此外，本设

3、计还对选煤厂的建筑结构、供电和电气、机修车间、铁路运输、劳动定员、生产成本及建厂初步投资概算做了系统的设计。关键词: 选煤厂设计；浅槽；无压三产品旋流器；TBS；直接浮选 ABSTRACTThis design is a mining coal preparation plant scheme of YongXia Grorp with a capacity of 4.50Mt/a. The time of real production is 330 days one year, 16 hours one day. That is, there are 3 woking shifts per

4、 day in which two shifts for running and one for maintenance. The data of coal was analyzd ,emended and computed at first. Then it was decided that the raw coal from 1# mine and 2# mine would not be grouped and both of the mine would be graded. On these occasions the product forecast was carried on

5、several different processes. Finally the preferred plan was voted among these processes by comparing these economy and technology. The optimum process flow is both of the run of mine coal of 1# mine and 2# mine using shallow slot processing coal about size range 50mm to 13mm second times and three p

6、roduct heavy medium processing coal about size range 13mm to 0.5mm before desliming and TBS and forth-flotation. The clean coarse coal slime is reclaimed through TBS、and centrifuge. The slurry system is processed in forth-flotation. The clean coal is dewatered by pressure filter. The trailing proces

7、sed by filter frame press after concentration. The slime will be collected in the plant, wash water re-circled.The plant is designed with full automatic computer control system.The run of mine coal comes from two mines of Yong Xia , which are 1# mine and 2# mine , The run of mine coal of 1# mine is

8、fat coal , and the washability of the coal is difficult. The run of mine coal of 2# mine is fat coal too, and the washability of the coal is very difficult. The main products are, the clean coal with ash content 8.452% and water content 9.06%, the midding with ash content 27.183% and water content 1

9、2.80%, the tailing with ash content 44.862% and water content22.00%, and the gangue with ash content 72.762% and water content 13.73%.Main economic technique index of Yong Xia coal preparation plant is as follows: (1)The total investment: ￥ 271.77 million yuan;(2)Employees total amount: 241 people;
