1、中文题目:大平一矿2.4Mt/a新井设计外文题目:THE NEW SHAFT OF DAPING MINE(2.4MT/A)摘要大平一矿拥有两层可采煤层,煤层和煤厚分别是4.5米和13.5米。煤层南北倾向约为3910m,东西走向约为2880m,井田面积约为14.1 km2。平均倾角为8度。工业储量为3.35亿吨,设计储量为3.22亿吨,可采储量为2.23亿吨。本设计从矿井的开拓、开采、运输、通风、提升及工作面的采煤方法等各个环节进行了详细的叙述,设计严格遵守煤矿安全规程,整个矿井采用了先进的皮带运输,提高了运输能力,为矿井的增产打下了良好的运输基础。采煤方法采用倾斜长壁综合机械化采煤方法。工作
2、面支护方式为液压支架支护方式,端头支护采用端头支架。本设计采用立井单水平上下山开拓,主井采用箕斗提升,副井采用罐笼提升,大巷采用集中布置。通风方式为中央并列式。本次设计是大平一矿新井设计,地质资料都是在实习矿上搜集的,在指导教师的指导下,并合理运用平时及课堂上积累的知识,查找有关资料和文献,争取设计出一个安全、高效的现代化矿井。关键词:单水平立井开拓;中央并列式通风;倾斜长壁采煤法;综合机械化采煤AbstractDaping coal mine can have a tow-layer thick coal seam, and are 1#,2#. The design was done in accordance with Design Standards and Coal Mine Safety Regulations strictly, the hole mine uses advanced belt conveyor as above, improve the transport capacity of
