    1、摘要本设计包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为曹村矿1.8Mt/a新井初步设计,共分10章:1.矿区概述及井田地质特征;2.井田境界和储量;3.矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限;4.井田开拓;5.准备方式-采区巷道布置;6.采煤方法;7.井下运输;8.矿井提升;9.矿井通风与安全技术;10.矿井基本技术经济指标。曹村矿位于山西省临汾市北部霍州市东南约7km处,其地理坐标为东经:1114411148,北纬36313633。井田内有铁路专用支线4.5km,矿区公路已与相邻井田的公路构成网络,交通极为方便。井田走向长度1.14.4km,平均走向长度为3.65km,倾向长度为2.

    2、5 3.5km,平均倾向长度为3.1km,水平面积为12.1706km2。主采煤层四层,即2、9、10、11号煤层,平均倾角8.3,总厚约16m。井田工业储量为248.42Mt,可采储量163.40 Mt,矿井服务年限为69.83a。矿井最大涌水量为482m3/h,平均涌水量为400m3/h;煤质为焦煤;全矿井相对瓦斯涌出量为0.067m3/t,属低瓦斯矿井;煤层属不自燃发火煤层,煤尘具有爆炸危险性。根据井田地质条件,提出四个技术上可行开拓方案。方案一:立井两水平煤层大巷(直接延深),两水平分别布置在2#煤层340m、200m水平处;方案二:立井两水平煤层大巷(暗斜井延深),两水平分别布置在2

    3、#煤层340m、200m水平处;方案三:立井两水平煤层大巷(直接延深),两水平分别布置在2#煤层340m、200m水平处;方案四:立井两水平煤层大巷(直接延深),两水平分别布置在2#煤层340m、200m水平处。通过技术经济比较,最终确定方案一为最优方案。将主采煤层划分为两个水平,一水平标高340m,二水平标高200m,将井田分为南北两大部分,井田南部为一水平服务范围,井田北部为二水平服务范围。设计首采区采用采区准备方式,工作面长度160m,采用放顶煤采煤法,全部跨落法处理采空区。矿井采用“三八”制作业,两班半生产,半班检修。生产班每班2个循环,日进5个循环,循环进尺0.8m,日产量5788.

    4、8t。大巷采用带式输送机运煤,辅助运输采用架线式电机车牵引1.5t固定车厢式矿车运输设备和材料。主井装备一套12 t双箕斗和一套12 t单箕斗带平衡锤提煤,副井装备一对1.5 t矿车双乘四车标准窄罐笼带平衡锤担负辅助运输任务。矿井采用中央并列式通风。通风容易时期矿井总需风量5842.2 m3/min,矿井通风总阻力1027.8Pa,风阻0.351 Ns2/m8,等积孔2.01 m2,矿井通风容易。矿井通风困难时期矿井总风量6598.2m3/min,矿井通风总阻力2239.5Pa,风阻0.620Ns2/m8,等积孔1.51 m2,矿井通风中等困难。专题部分题目是曹村矿下组煤底板高承压水突出条件剖

The ventilation and the safety operation of the mine; 10.The basic economic and technical norms.Caocun coal mine lies in northern part of Linfen, Shanxiprovince,about 7km to southeast of Huozhou. Its eastern longitude is 11144111

    8、48,north latitude is36313633.There is a railway siding in the Caocun mine field,about 4.5km in length,the traffic is very convenient. Its about 1.14.4 km on the strike and 2.53.5 km on the dip,with the 12.17 km2 total horizontal area. The minable coal seam of this mine arefour parts,including 2, 9,1

    9、0,11,with an average thickness of 4.0 m and an average dip of 8.3. The proved reserves of this coal mine are 248.42 Mt and the minable reserves are 163.40 Mt, with a mine life of 69.83a.The geological condition of the mine is relatively simple. The normal mine inflow is 400 m3/h and the maximum mine

    10、 inflow is 482 m3/h. Itis coke coal with low mine gas emission rate and none coal spontaneous combustion tendency, and its a coal seam liable to explosion.Based on the geological condition of the mine, I bring forward four available projects in technology. The first is vertical shaft development wit

    11、h two mining levels and the extensionof vertical shaft go to 340m and 200m,the main tunnels are developed in the coal seam; thr second is vertical shaft development with two mining levels and the extensionofinclined shaft go to 340m and 200m, the main tunnels are developed in the coal seam; the thir

    12、d is vertical shaft development with two mining levels and the extensionof vertical shaft go to 340m and 200m,the main tunnels are developed in the rock stratum; the last is vertical shaft development with two mining levels and the extensionofinclined shaft go to 340m and 200m,the main tunnels are d

The first project is the best comparing with other three projects in technology and economy.The first level is at 320 m, The second level is at 200 m,themine field is divided into the north section and the south section, the south section is one level service scope, and

    14、 the north section is two level service scope.Designed first mining district makes use of the method of preparation in mining area, the length of working face is 160 m, which uses caving mining technology, and fully caving method to deal with goaf. The working system is “three-eight”,with two and a

    15、half teams mining, and the other overhauling. Every mining team makes two working cycle, with five working cycleseveryday. Advance of working cycle is 0.8 m, and quantity of 5788.8 tons coal is makedeveryday.Main roadway makes use of belt conveyor to transport coal resource, and mine car to be assis

    16、tant transport. Main shaft makes use of skip to transport coal resource, when subsidiary shaft makes use of cage to be assistant transport. In the prophase of mining the mine makes use ofcentralized ventilationmethod,when in the evening of mining the mine makes use ofareasventilation method. At the easy time of mine ventilation, the total air quantity is 5842.2 m3 per minute, the total mine ventilation resistance is 1027.8 Pa, the
