1、摘 要本设计包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为张双楼矿1.8Mt/a新井初步设计,共分10章:1.矿区概述及井田地质特征;2.井田境界和储量;3.矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限;4.井田开拓;5.准备方式采区巷道布置;6.采煤方法;7.井下运输;8.矿井提升;9.矿井通风与安全技术;10.矿井基本技术经济指标。张双楼煤矿位于徐州市西北,距徐州市约79km,在江苏沛县安国镇境内。井田水平标高为-200m-1200m,走向长8.4710.79km,平均10.18km,倾斜宽平均为2.9km,水平面积约29.52km2。井田内可采煤层为9煤,煤层赋存稳定,厚度平均4.5m,
2、煤层倾角1624,平均22。井田内工业储量为192.36Mt,可采储量为124.13Mt。矿井平均涌水量为300m3/h,相对瓦斯涌出量为0.77m3/t,属低瓦斯矿井;煤尘有一定爆炸危险性,自燃发火期为36个月。张双楼矿年设计生产能力为1.8Mt/a,服务年限为53.0年。矿井采用立井两水平开拓暗立井直接延深开拓方式;采用中央并列与两翼对角式混合通风方式;一水平标高-575m,二水平标高-950m。矿井采用走向长壁综采一次采全厚采煤法;煤炭运输采用胶带与底卸式矿车,辅助运输采用蓄电池电机车牵引矿车。矿井年工作日为330d,每天净提升时间为16 h,工作制度采用“三八”制。专题部分题目是:浅析
