1、摘 要本设计包括三个部分：一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为孔庄矿1.8Mt/a新井设计，共包括10章：1、矿区概述及井田地质特征；2、井田境界和储量；3、矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限；4、井田开拓；5、准备方式采区巷道布置；6、采煤方法；7、井下运输；8、矿井提升；9、矿井通风与安全技术；10、矿井基本技术经济指标。大屯孔庄煤矿位于江苏省徐州矿区西北部，交通便利。井田走向（东西）平均长度约为4.84km，倾斜方向（南北）长度约为3.69km，井田总面积约17.25km2。主采煤层为7#煤层，该煤层总体趋势为南高北低，平均倾角为15，平均厚度为8.6m。在井田范围内，7#煤层赋存

2、稳定，其工业储量为20709.80万t，矿井可采储量13289.63万t，矿井设计年产量为180万t/a，矿井服务年限为52.74a，矿井正常涌水量为190m3/h，最大涌水量为340m3/h，矿井相对瓦斯涌出量平均为0.77m3/t，属低瓦斯矿井。根据井田地质条件，提出了四个技术上可行开拓方案，通过技术经济比较，最终确定最优方案为：立井两水平开拓，立井直接延深至二水平，一水平上山，二水平上下山开采，水平标高分别为-550m和-750m。设计首采区采用采区准备方式，工作面长度为192m，采用放顶煤采煤法，全部垮落法处理采空区。矿井年工作日为330d，工作制度采用“三八”制作业，两班半生产，半班

3、检修，生产班每班2个循环，日进5个循环，循环进尺0.6m，矿井日产量6261.20t。运输大巷采用带式输送机运煤，辅助运输采用1.5t固定厢式矿车运输。矿井前期采用两翼对角式通风方式，后期采用中央并列式通风方式。专题部分题目是浅析深井巷道支护技术，主要研究分析了国内外现有的深部巷道变形机理及防治措施，并阐述了深部巷道矿压显现规律和各种深部巷道支护技术。翻译部分是一篇关于锚杆参数变化对锚固性能影响的文章。英文题目为：The variability of some rockbolt parameters and their potential impact on anchorage perform

4、ance。关键词： 立井； 两水平； 放顶煤； 混合式通风ABSTRACTThis design includes three parts: general part, the special subject part and the translation part.The general part is a new design of 1.8 Mt/a for Kongzhuang mine. It includes ten chapters: 1. An outline of the mine field geology; 2. Boundary and the reserves of

5、mine; 3. The service life and working system of mine; 4. Development engineering of coalfield; 5. The layout of panels; 6. The method used in coal mining; 7. Underground transportation of the mine; 8. The lifting of the mine; 9. The ventilation and the safety operation of the mine; 10. The basic eco

6、nomic and technical norms of the designed mine.Kongzhuang mine of Datun is located in northwest of Xuzhou mining area. The taffic of road and railway is very convenience to the mine. The length of the coalfield is 4.84 km, and the width is about 3.69 km, and the toal area is 17.25 km2. The seventh i

7、s the main coal seam, and its general trend is north low, and its dip angle 15 degree. The thickness of the mine is about 8.6 m in all. Within the coalfield, the geological structure of the seventh coal seam is stable. The recoverable reserves of the minefield are 207.10 million tons, and the minabl

8、e reserves are 132.90 million tons. The designed productive capacity is 1.8 million tons percent year, and the service life of the mine is 52.74 years. The normal flow of the mine is 190 m3 percent hour and the max flow of the mine is 340 m3 percent hour. The relative mine gas gush is 0.77 m3 percen

9、t ton , so it is a low gas mine.According to the geological conditions, I put forward four technically feasible development plans. Through the technical and economic comparison, the best plan choosed finally is two mining levels with vertical shafts and expanding to second level by shaft directly. T

10、he design applies disttict preparation against the first band. The length of working face is 192 m, using top coal caving to exploit coal, falling to dispose worked out sections. In Kongzhuang mine, it products for 330 days percent year and uses “three-eight”working system. Two and a half class prod

11、uct and a half examines and repairs. The depth-web is 0.6 m with five working cycles per day, and daily production is 6261.20 tons.Te central laneway uses Belt Conveyer to transit coal, and 1.5 t trolley wagons are used for accessorial transportation in the roadway. The mine uses diagonal ventilatio

12、n system at earlier stage and uses juxtaposition ventilation system at later stage.The topic of special subject part is the analysis of roadway supporting technology in deep roadway. It is mainly about deep roadway deformation mechanism and control measures in domestic and foreign, and expounds the

13、mining pressure rules in deep roadway and all sorts of supporting technology.Translation part is about anchorage performance affected by rockbolt parameters.
