1、摘 要本设计包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为孔庄矿1.8Mt/a新井设计,共包括10章:1、矿区概述及井田地质特征;2、井田境界和储量;3、矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限;4、井田开拓;5、准备方式采区巷道布置;6、采煤方法;7、井下运输;8、矿井提升;9、矿井通风与安全技术;10、矿井基本技术经济指标。大屯孔庄煤矿位于江苏省徐州矿区西北部,交通便利。井田走向(东西)平均长度约为4.84km,倾斜方向(南北)长度约为3.69km,井田总面积约17.25km2。主采煤层为7#煤层,该煤层总体趋势为南高北低,平均倾角为15,平均厚度为8.6m。在井田范围内,7#煤层赋存
2、稳定,其工业储量为20709.80万t,矿井可采储量13289.63万t,矿井设计年产量为180万t/a,矿井服务年限为52.74a,矿井正常涌水量为190m3/h,最大涌水量为340m3/h,矿井相对瓦斯涌出量平均为0.77m3/t,属低瓦斯矿井。根据井田地质条件,提出了四个技术上可行开拓方案,通过技术经济比较,最终确定最优方案为:立井两水平开拓,立井直接延深至二水平,一水平上山,二水平上下山开采,水平标高分别为-550m和-750m。设计首采区采用采区准备方式,工作面长度为192m,采用放顶煤采煤法,全部垮落法处理采空区。矿井年工作日为330d,工作制度采用“三八”制作业,两班半生产,半班
3、检修,生产班每班2个循环,日进5个循环,循环进尺0.6m,矿井日产量6261.20t。运输大巷采用带式输送机运煤,辅助运输采用1.5t固定厢式矿车运输。矿井前期采用两翼对角式通风方式,后期采用中央并列式通风方式。专题部分题目是浅析深井巷道支护技术,主要研究分析了国内外现有的深部巷道变形机理及防治措施,并阐述了深部巷道矿压显现规律和各种深部巷道支护技术。翻译部分是一篇关于锚杆参数变化对锚固性能影响的文章。英文题目为:The variability of some rockbolt parameters and their potential impact on anchorage perform
