1、摘 要本次设计主要是为了开发利用B江流域的水利资源,建设一个以发电为主,同时兼顾灌溉、供水、防洪及养殖等综合利用效益的跨流域开发的水利水电枢纽工程。在明确了建设目的并具有了建设依据和条件后设计的枢纽概况如下:B江水利枢纽为复合土工膜防渗堆石坝。最大坝高52.8m,装机6400KW,电站设计水头为174m,多年平均发电量为1700104kWh,保证出力1461KW。本电站装2台3200KW机组,正常蓄水位276.1m。最大引用流量为5。本次设计主要内容为:经洪水调节确定坝顶高程;坝型的比选;第一主要建筑物的设计;施工组织设计,第一建筑物的概预算以及招标文件的编写。设计主坝长220m左右,上游边坡
2、1:1.55,下游252高程设马道,边坡比为1:1.53。副坝长90m左右,以圆弧和主坝连接。复合土工膜防渗堆石坝是一种新的坝型,其防渗材料-复合土工膜的设计、施工、质量控制是该类坝型的技术关键,在本设计说明书第六章第三节有详细说明。设计中,根据已经定好的坝体参数,进行了施工组织设计,确定了工程的起始时间和完工时间。并根据坝体严格谨慎得计算出工程量清单,由此清单编制了第一建筑物概算表,确定第一建筑物概算金额为8704万元。本设计的最后一个专题是招标文件的编写,本设计参照实际工程的招标文件编制了钟吕水利枢纽的招标文件,对应上一个专题,将主坝,副坝作为一个标段进行了招标。关键词:复合土工膜、堆石坝
