1、摘 要本设计包括三个部分：一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为新源矿2.4Mt/a新井初步设计，共分10章：1.矿区概述及井田地质特征；2.井田境界和储量；3.矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限；4.井田开拓；5.准备方式-采区巷道布置；6.采煤方法；7.井下运输；8.矿井提升；9.矿井通风与安全技术；10.矿井基本技术经济指标。新源矿新源煤矿位于山西省沁源县西南部，隶属于李元镇管辖。矿井工业场地位于山西省沁源县西部李元镇附近，距沁源县城约17km。沁(源)洪(洞)公路从井田北部通过，向东17km至沁源县城接汾(阳)屯(留)省级公路及沁(沁源)沁(沁县)公路，煤矿距太焦线沁县火车站76k

2、m，距309国道张店镇 54km ， 距南同蒲线介休市100km、距平遥县城105km，向西南经古县约75km旧公路可至洪洞县与大(同)运(城)高速公路或南同蒲洪洞火车站接运，交通条件比较方便。平均走向长度为5.82km，平均倾斜宽为3.98 km，平均倾角为5.4度，井田水平宽度为1 km，水平面积为17.88平方公里。矿井最大涌水量为120m3/时，正常涌水量为60 m3/时；煤质为焦煤；全矿井最大绝对瓦斯涌出量为7.5 m3/min，属低瓦斯矿井；煤层属不自燃发火煤层，煤层具有爆炸危险性。矿井采用双立井单水平开拓，采用两翼对角式通风。一矿一面，采煤方法为长壁综采放顶煤开采。煤炭运输采用胶

3、带运输，辅助运输采用无极绳绞车。矿井年工作日为330 d，每天净提升时间16 h。矿井工作制度为“四六”制。专题部分题目是大断面煤巷围岩稳定控制技术。翻译部分是一篇关于瓦斯在钻孔中的运动规律，英文原文题目为： Methane moving law with long gas extraction holes in goaf关键词：立井；采区；综采；两翼对角式式dAbstract There are three parts in this design, including the general part, the special subject part and the translatio

4、n part.The general part is about the new preliminary design of XinYuan mine of which the annual output is 1.5Mt . The part can be divided into ten chapters: 1. an overview of mining area and its geological features; 2. Minefield boundary and reserves; 3. Mine working system, design production capaci

Mine development ; 5. methods of preparation the roadway layout of mining area; 6. methods of mining; 7. underground transportation; 8. mine lift; 9. mine ventilation and security technology; 10. the basic technical and economic index in mine.The highway between Qinyuan

6、and Hongdong goes through the north of well field; it wides 17km to the east and reaches two highways, one between Fenyang and Tunliu, the other between Qinyuan and Qinxian in Qinyuan County. The distance between this mine and Qinxian railway station, a station on the railway between Taiyuan and Jia

7、ozuo, is 76km ; 54km from this mine to Zhangdian Town on 309 Road ; 100km to Xiujie City; 105km to Pingyao County; to the southwest after 75km it reaches the highway between Datong and Yuncheng and the south Tongpuhongdong railway station, so the transportation is convenient. The average strike leng

8、th is 5.82 km. The average tilt width is 3.98 km. The average angle is 5.4 degrees. The horizontal width of field well is 1km. The horizontal area is 17.88 square kilometers. The maximum gushing water of mine is 120m3/, the normal discharge is 60 m3/; the coal is coking coal mine; the maximum absolu

9、te gas emission quantity is 7.5 m3/min, which belongs to low gas mine; coal seam is not spontaneous combustion coal, which has the explosion risk.Mine uses double Shaft single the level of development, alongside the use of the central ventilation. Side of a mine, mining method for a fully mechanized

The use of flame-retardant tape transport of coal to support the use of non-class transport winch rope.Mine is working days for 330 days, the net every day to enhance the time 16 hours. Mine system is 46 structure.Special subject part is about large mining ore fully mechaniz
