1、摘 要本设计包括三个部分：一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分：皖北煤电祁东矿1.80Mt/a新井设计。全篇共分为十个部分：1.矿井概况及井田地质特征；2.井田境界和储量；3.矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限；4.井田开拓；5.准备方式采区巷道布置；6.采煤方法；7.井下运输；8.矿井提升；9.矿井通风；10.矿井基本技术经济指标。祁东矿位于安徽省宿州市境内。井田走向长约7.5km，倾向约3.02km，井田面积约24.3km2。 井田内可采煤层为61煤，其赋存稳定，厚度平均5.6m，倾角平均13，为缓倾斜煤层。井田内工业储量为19950万t，可采储量为13625.6万t。矿井平均涌水量为

2、440 m3/h，相对瓦斯涌出量为15.34m3/t，属高瓦斯矿井；煤尘有爆炸性危险，无自燃发火倾向。祁东矿年设计生产能力为1.80Mt/a，服务年限为58.23年，工作制度为“三八”制。矿井采用立井两水平开拓方式。第一水平采用上山开采，标高为630m，第二水平采用上山开采，标高为-900m。矿井采用走向长壁综合机械化放顶煤采煤法，采2.5m，放3.1m。矿井布置一个综采工作面，工作面长200m。矿井通风方式为分区对角式。专题部分：专题题目为：矿井煤与瓦斯突出防治措施。 翻译部分：将一篇关于频率和锚固长度对超声波在锚杆中传播行为的影响的论文翻译成中文。英文题目是“Effects of freq

3、uency and grouted length on the behavior of guided ultrasonic waves in rock bolts”。ABSTRACTThis design contains three parts: the general，the special subject and the translation.The general part is a new 1.8Mt/a design of Qidong Mine in Wanbei Mining Company. The whole article is divided into ten par

The boundary of the mine field runs 7.5km. The total plane area of the mine is about 24.3km2. There is only one exploring layer-numb

6、er two. Its average thickness of the seam is 5.6m and it is stable and flatly inclined. Its dip angle is 13 degree on average. The industry reserves of the mine field are 199.50 million tons and the useable reserves are 132.56 million tons. The average inflow rate in Juji mine is 440m3/h. It is a hi

7、gh gassy mine. The coal dust doesnt have explosion hazard as well as the self-combustion tendency. The productive capacity of Tao One Mine is 1.80Mt/a per year，and the service life is 58 years. The work system is 3-shift with an 8-hour workday. Therere two working levels in the mine. The first devel

8、opment level is located at the -630m and will be caved along the raises; the second is at the level of -900m and will be caved combining the raises. The comprehensive mechanized longwall caving method on the strike is used in Tao One Mine.There is only one working face in the mine. It is comprehensi

9、ve mechanized coal face. The length of the face is 200m, and the designed productive capacity of the face is 1.8 million tons per year. Coal is transported by belt conveyer and the diagonal ventilation system is used in Qidong Mine.The title of special subject is “controlmeasures of coalandgasoutbur
