    1、摘 要本设计包括三个部分:一般设计部分、专题设计部分和翻译部分。一般部分针对潘集三矿进行了井型为1.5Mt/a的新井设计。潘三矿位于淮南市西北部,东西走向长9.6km,南北倾向宽5.8km,面积54.3km2。主采煤层为13#煤层,平均倾角7.4,平均厚度3.3m。井田工业储量为203.3Mt,可采储量141.2Mt,矿井服务年限为72.9a。矿井正常涌水量为377m3/h,最大涌水量为405m3/h;矿井相对瓦斯涌出量为12.78m3/t,属高瓦斯矿井。根据井田地质条件,设计采用双立井双水平直接延深开拓方式,井田采用采区式与带区式布置方式,共划分为四个采区,两个带区,轨道大巷、胶带机大巷皆为

    2、岩石大巷,布置在13#煤层下方。针对东一采区采用了采区准备方式,共划分9个区段工作面,并进行了运煤、通风、运料、排矸、供电系统设计。针对13101工作面进行了采煤工艺设计。该工作面煤层平均厚度为3.3m,平均倾角10.6,直接顶为泥岩,老顶为细砂岩。工作面采用走向长壁综采一次采全高采煤法。采用双滚筒采煤机割煤,往返一次割两刀。采用“三八制”工作制度,截深0.8m,每天八个循环,循环进尺6.4m,月推进度192m。大巷采用胶带输送机运煤,辅助运输采用电机车牵引固定箱式矿车。主井采用两套带平衡锤的16t箕斗提煤,副井采用一个1t矿车双层四车宽罐笼,一个1t矿车双层四车标准罐笼和一个带平衡锤的1t矿

    3、车双层四车标准罐笼运料和升降人员。专题部分题目为矿井深部岩石巷道变形机理与支护技术综述,就目前矿井深部开采所产生的问题进行分析及深部巷道支护技术的研究。翻译部分题目为Research on Green Mining Logistics System Model of Coalmine,论文主要分析煤炭资源开采的物流系统组成及其特点,指出了绿色和非绿色因素。界定了煤矿绿色开采物流的概念。关键词:潘三煤矿;立井双水平;综采大采高ABSTRACTThis design can be divided into three sections: general design, monographic st

    4、udy and translation of an academic paper.The general design is about a 1.50 Mt/a new underground mine design of Pansan coal mine. Pansan coal mine is located in Huainan, Anhui province. Its about 9.6 km on the strike and 5.8 km on the dip, with the 54.3 km2 total horizontal area. The minable coal se

    5、am is 13# with an average thickness of 3.3 m and an average dip of 7.4. The proved reserves of this coal mine are 203.3 Mt and the minable reserves are141.2 Mt, with a mine life of 72.9 a. The normal mine inflow is 377 m3/h and the maximum mine inflow is 405 m3/h. The mine gas emission rate is 12.78

    6、 m3/t which can be recognized as high gas mine. Based on the geological condition of the mine, this design uses a duel-vertical shaft single-level development method, and full strip preparation ,which divided into eight bands and two districts, and track roadway, belt conveyor roadway and return air

    7、way are all rock roadways, arranged in the floor rock of 16# coal seam. Taking into account of the high gas emission, mine ventilation method use two diagonal wings ventilation, and excaves bottom gas drainage roadway before mining to relief gas pressure in advance.According to the mine geological c

    8、onditions, design uses two-shaft dual-level direct extension development method, geological-mining area with the band arrangement, were divided into four mining districts, two band, Roadway, belt conveyor lane are rock roadway layout in the lower 13# seam.The design conducted coal mining technology

    9、design against the 13101 face. The coal seam average thickness of this working face is 3.3 m and the average dip is 10.6, the immediate roof is mud stone and the main roof is sand stone. The working face applies fully mechanized longwall full-height coal caving method, and uses double drum shearer c

    10、utting coal which cuts twice each working cycle. Three-Eight working system has been used in this design and the depth-web is 0.8 m with eight working cycles per day, and the advance of a working cycle is 6.4 m and the advance is 192 m per month.Main roadway makes use of belt conveyor to transport c

    11、oal resource, and battery ocomotive to be assistant transport.The main shaft uses double 16t skips to lift coal with a balance hammer and the auxiliary shaft uses a twins narrow 1 t four-car double-deck cage and a wide 1t four-car double-deck cage to lift material and personnel transportation.The mo

    12、nographic study entitled Deep rock roadway deformation mechanism and supporting technologies , On present problems of deep mining in coal mine roadway in deep analysis and technical research.
