1、 第VIII页摘 要本设计包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为顾桥矿1.2Mt/a新井设计。顾桥矿井位于安徽省淮南市境内,井田走向长约7.52km,倾向长约3.549km,面积约28km2。主采煤层为13-1和11-2煤层,平均厚度分别为4.65m和3.10m,平均倾角都为6。井田地质条件较为简单。井田工业储量为28816万t,可采储量为20750万t。矿井设计生产能力为1.2Mt/a。矿井服务年限为115a,涌水量不大,矿井正常涌水量为280m3/h,最大涌水量为420m3/h。矿井瓦斯相对涌出量为12.85 m3/t,属高瓦斯矿井。井田开拓方式为立井单水平上下山开拓。采用
2、胶带输送机运煤,采用矿车进行辅助运输。矿井通风方式为混合式通风。矿井年工作日为330d,工作制度为“三八”制。一般部分共包括10章:1.矿区概述与井田地质特征;2.井田境界和储量;3.矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限;4.井田开拓;5.准备方式带区巷道布置;6.采煤方法; 7.井下运输;8.矿井提升;9.矿井通风与安全;10.设计矿井基本技术经济指标。专题部分题目为:浅谈高瓦斯煤层自我解放瓦斯抽采技术。主要谈论了适合我国瓦斯赋存条件的几种典型的瓦斯抽采方法。翻译部分主要内容是关于煤样块度大小与其抗压强度之间关系的研究,英文题目为: Effect of size on the compres

The general part is about a 1.2 Mt/a new underground mine design of Guqiao mine. Guqiao mine is located in Huainan, Anhui province. Its about 7.
4、52 km on the strike and 3.549 km on the dip, with the 28 km2 total horizontal area. The minable coal seams are 13-1 and 11-2 with an average thickness of 4.65 m and 3.10 m, the average dip is 6. The geologic structure of this coalfield is simple.The recoverable reserves of the coalfield are 288.16 m
5、illion tons, and the minable reserves are 207.5 million tons. The designed productive capacity is 1.2 million tons percent year, and the service life of the mine is 115 years. The normal flow of the mine is 280 m3 per hour and the max flow of the mine is 420 m3 per hour. The relative mine gas gush i
6、s 12.85 m3/t, so it is a high gas mine. The mine is a single level in two shafts to develop. Central laneway uses belt conveyor to transit coal, and trolley wagons are used for accessorial transportation in the roadway. The ventilation mode of this mine is center juxtapose form.
