1、摘 要本设计包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为崔家寨煤矿150万t新井设计,共分10章:1.矿区概述及井田地质特征;2.井田境界和储量;3.矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限;4.井田开拓;5.准备方式-采区巷道布置;6.采煤方法;7.井下运输;8.矿井提升;9.矿井通风与安全技术;10.矿井基本技术经济指标。一般部分针对河北崔家寨矿井进行了井型为1.5Mt/a的新井设计。崔家寨矿井位于河北省境内,井田走向长约8.0km,倾向长约3.2km,面积约25.6km2。主采煤层为5#煤层,平均倾角312,平均厚度3.12m。井田工业储量为145.03Mt,可采储量108.77M
2、t,矿井服务年限为51.80a。矿井正常涌水量为140m3/h,最大涌水量为600m3/h;矿井相对瓦斯涌出量为1.732m3/t,属低瓦斯矿井。针对首采工作面进行了采煤工艺设计。该工作面煤层平均厚度为3.12m,平均倾角6.7。工作面采用长壁综采一次采全高采煤法。采用双滚筒采煤机割煤,往返一次割两刀。采用“四六制”工作制度,截深0.6m,每天9个循环,循环进尺5.4m,月推进度162m。大巷采用胶带输送机运煤,辅助运输采用蓄电池式电机车牵引固定箱式矿车。主井采用两个16t侧卸箕斗提煤,副井采用一对1t矿车双层四车窄罐笼和一个带平衡锤的1t矿车双层四车宽罐笼运料和升降人员。专题部分题目为巷道锚

5、f 51.80 a. The normal mine inflow is 140 m3/h and the maximum mine inflow is 600 m3/h. The mine gas emission rate is 1.732 m3/t which can be recognized as low gas mine. The design conducted coal mining technology design against the first face. The coal seam average thickness of this working face is
6、3.12 m and the average dip is 6.7. The working face applies fully mechanized longwall full-height coal caving method, and uses double drum shearer cutting coal which cuts twice each working cycle. Four-Six working system has been used in this design and the depth-web is 0.6 m with nine working cycle
