1、摘 要本设计包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分针对潞安司马矿井进行了井型为1.8Mt/a的新井设计。司马矿井位于山西省长治县境内,井田走向长约4.00km,倾向长约4.69km,面积约18.80km2。主采煤层为3#煤层,平均倾角3.8,平均厚度7.62m。井田工业储量为197.62Mt,可采储量133.55Mt,矿井服务年限为57.07a。矿井正常涌水量为220m3/h,最大涌水量为300m3/h;矿井相对瓦斯涌出量为0.67m3/t,属低瓦斯矿井。矿井煤层没有自燃倾向性,但煤尘有爆炸危险性。根据井田地质条件,设计采用立井单水平开拓方式,井田采用带区和盘区布置方式,共划分为
2、四个带区,三个盘区,轨道大巷、胶带机大巷和回风大巷皆为煤层大巷,布置在3号煤层。矿井通风方式采用中央并列式通风。针对东七带区采用了带区准备方式,共划分10个分带工作面,并进行了运煤、通风、运料、排矸、供电系统设计。针对3703工作面进行了采煤工艺设计。该工作面煤层平均厚度为7.62m,平均倾角3.8,直接顶为炭质泥岩,老顶为粉砂岩。采煤方法为综合机械化放顶煤开采。矿井年工作日为330 d,日净提升时间16h,采用“四六制”工作制度,截深0.6m,每天六个循环,循环进尺3.6m,月推进度108m。大巷采用胶带输送机运煤,辅助运输采用架线式电机车牵引1.5t固定箱式矿车运输。专题部分题目为锚网支护
3、沿空掘巷矿压显现规律,阐述了沿空掘进巷道上覆岩层结构、围岩应力分布、围岩变形的一般规律。并通过现场实测数据的整理分析,总结了类似条件下巷道的矿压显现规律,以指导沿空巷道的支护设计。翻译部分是一篇建筑物下似膏体充填开采新工艺的探讨性论文,英文题目为A New Mode of Coal Mining Under Buildings with Paste-Like Backfill Technology。关键词:立井开拓; 带区布置; 放顶煤采煤法; 中央并列式通风; 架线电机车运输;似膏体充填。ABSTRACTThis design includes three parts: the genera

Its about 4.0 km on the strike and 4.69 km on the dip, with the 18.80 km2 total horizontal area. The minabl

The proved reserves of this coal mine are 197.62 Mt and the minable reserves are 133.55 Mt, with a mine life of 57.07 a. The normal mine inflow is 220 m3/h and the maximum mine inflow is 300 m3/h. The mine gas emission
