1、摘 要一般部分针对山西古书院矿井进行了井型为1.2Mt/a的新井设计。古书院矿井位于安山西晋城市境内,面积约24km2。主采煤层为15#煤层,平均倾角4,平均厚度3.50m。井田工业储量为105.42Mt,可采储量81.05Mt,矿井服务年限为51.96a。矿井正常涌水量为333.3m3/h,最大涌水量为375m3/h;矿井相对瓦斯涌出量为5m3/t,属低瓦斯矿井。根据井田地质条件,设计采用双立井单水平开拓方式,井田采用全带区式布置方式,共划分为六个带区,轨道大巷布置在岩层中、胶带机大巷和回风大巷皆为煤层大巷。矿井通风方式采用两翼对角式通风。 针对西二带区进行了带区准备方式设计,进行了运煤、通
2、风、运料、排矸、供电系统设计。针对15201工作面进行了采煤工艺设计。该工作面煤层平均厚度为3.50m,平均倾角4,直接顶为泥岩,老顶为砂岩。工作面采用一次采全高综采采煤法。采用双滚筒采煤机割煤,往返一次割两刀。采用“四六制”工作制度,截深0.6m,每天六个循环,循环进尺3.6m,月推进度108m。大巷采用胶带输送机运煤,辅助运输采用无轨胶轮车。主井采用一对12 t双箕斗提煤,副井采用一对3 t矿车双层单车罐笼运料和升降人员。专题部分题目为大采高一次采全高的上覆岩层特性分析,研究了厚煤层大采高综采工作面的采动覆岩活动规律,并对所设计液压支架的适应性进行评价,分析了大采高工作面的上覆岩层关键层结
