1、摘 要本设计包括三个部分 : 一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为城郊矿1.5 Mt/a新井初步设计,共分10章:1.矿区概述及井田地质特征;2.井田境界和储量;3.矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限;4.井田开拓;5.准备方式带区巷道布置;6.采煤方法;7.矿井提升;8.井下运输;9.矿井通风与安全;10.设计矿井基本技术经济指标。城郊矿位于河南省永城市境内,西北至陇海铁路商丘东站约95km,夏邑东站62km。覆盖城关乡、城厢乡的全部及侯岭、双桥、十八里、将口乡的一部分。矿井北部以F1断层作为界线,南部以人为划分为界。矿井东西走向长约6.5 km,南北倾斜宽约3.8 km,面积约19.
2、49 km2。主采煤层为2#煤层,平均倾角8.2,平均厚度6.8 m。井田工业储量为185.27 Mt,可采储量141.27 Mt,矿井服务年限为67.27 a。矿井最大涌水量为500m3/h,正常涌水量为400 m3/h;煤质为无烟煤;全矿井相对瓦斯涌出量1.0 m3/t,绝对瓦斯涌出量为3.21m3/min,属低瓦斯矿井;煤层无煤尘爆炸危险。各煤层均属不自燃发火煤层。 矿井采用立井两水平开拓,二水平采用上下山开拓。采用中央并列式通风。一矿一面,采煤工艺为综合机械化放顶煤。煤炭运输采用胶带输送机,辅助运输采用电机车牵引矿车。 矿井年工作日为330 d,每天净提升时间16 h。矿井工作制度为“
