1、摘 要本设计包括三个部分 : 一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为城郊矿1.5 Mt/a新井初步设计，共分10章：1.矿区概述及井田地质特征；2.井田境界和储量；3.矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限；4.井田开拓；5.准备方式带区巷道布置；6.采煤方法；7.矿井提升；8.井下运输；9.矿井通风与安全；10.设计矿井基本技术经济指标。城郊矿位于河南省永城市境内，西北至陇海铁路商丘东站约95km，夏邑东站62km。覆盖城关乡、城厢乡的全部及侯岭、双桥、十八里、将口乡的一部分。矿井北部以F1断层作为界线，南部以人为划分为界。矿井东西走向长约6.5 km，南北倾斜宽约3.8 km，面积约19.

2、49 km2。主采煤层为2#煤层，平均倾角8.2，平均厚度6.8 m。井田工业储量为185.27 Mt，可采储量141.27 Mt，矿井服务年限为67.27 a。矿井最大涌水量为500m3/h，正常涌水量为400 m3/h；煤质为无烟煤；全矿井相对瓦斯涌出量1.0 m3/t，绝对瓦斯涌出量为3.21m3/min，属低瓦斯矿井；煤层无煤尘爆炸危险。各煤层均属不自燃发火煤层。 矿井采用立井两水平开拓，二水平采用上下山开拓。采用中央并列式通风。一矿一面，采煤工艺为综合机械化放顶煤。煤炭运输采用胶带输送机，辅助运输采用电机车牵引矿车。 矿井年工作日为330 d，每天净提升时间16 h。矿井工作制度为“

Chengjiao Mine is located in the territory of Yongcheng city, Northwest Longhai Railway Shangqiu East Railway Station about 95km, Xiayi East Sta

6、tion 62km. It covers the county township, all of Chengxiang Township and Hou Ling, Shuangqiaoshan nine kilometet, part of the rural population.
