1、编摘 要本设计包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为兴隆庄煤矿5.0Mt/a新井设计。兴隆庄矿井位于山东省兖州市境内,交通便利。井田走向长约10.2km,倾斜宽约6.7km,总面积为58.76km2。主采煤层为3煤,煤层倾角为213,平均总厚度为8.28m。井田地质条件较为简单。井田工业储量为639.2Mt,可采储量为399.87Mt。矿井设计生产能力为5.0Mt/a。矿井服务年限为61.5a,水文地质较简单,矿井正常涌水量为400m3/h,最大涌水量为500m3/h。矿井最大瓦斯相对涌出量为0.534 m3/t,绝对涌出量为8.140m3/min,为低瓦斯矿井。井田开拓方式为
2、立井单水平开拓。采用胶带输送机运煤,采用无轨胶轮车进行辅助运输。矿井通风方式为两翼对角式与采区式混合通风。矿井年工作日为330d,工作制度为“四六”制。一般部分共包括10章:1、矿区概述与地质特征;2、井田境界和储量;3、矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限;4、井田开拓;5、准备方式带区巷道布置;6、采煤方法;7、井下运输;8、矿井提升;9、矿井通风与安全;10、设计矿井基本技术经济指标。专题部分题目是无轨辅助运输系统在煤矿井下的应用,主要介绍了新型无轨辅助运输系统在国内外的应用情况,阐述了无轨胶轮车的类型、特点、使用条件和选型原则,提出了采用多种辅助运输运输系统并存来解决无轨胶轮车局限的方

The geologic structure of this coalfield is simple.The recoverable reserves of the coalfield are 639.20 Mt,and the minable reserves are 399.87 million tons. The designed
6、productive capacity is 5.0 million tons percent year,and the service life of the mine is 61.5 years. The normal flow of the mine is 400m3 per hour and the max flow of the mine is 500 m3/h. The relative mine gas gush is 0.534 m3/t and the absolute gush is 8.140 m3/min,so it is a low gas mine. The min
