株洲市某行政办公楼7层钢筋混凝土框架结构设计.doc

1、摘 要该课题是依据课题任务书以及公共建筑设计规范、建筑防火规范、建筑结构荷载规范和混凝土结构设计规范等国家现行规范、操作规程完成了建筑、结构和施工三个方面的设计：首先，根据具体场地条件，遵循安全、适用、经济、美观的设计原则，从总体出发，综合考虑和组织室内外的空间完成建筑平面、立面、以及剖面的建筑设计，手绘一张标准层建筑图，并通过Auto CAD软件绘制全部建筑施工图；其次，完成一榀框架各构件的配筋设计，手绘结构施工图，采用PKPM（2005版）程序完成全部结构的辅助设计；最后，从施工的全局出发，根据各种具体条件，计算出工程量，完成施工设计，绘制了施工平面布置图和施工进度网络图。总之，该课题设计

2、在建筑、结构方面满足国家现行规范要求，施工设计基本满足现场实际情况。本设计书主要完成如下设计工作：一方面，对一榀框架，从结构选型入手，计算分析了该框架的荷载，利用迭代法和D值法分别对框架结构在竖向荷载、水平风荷载作用下产生的内力进行计算，通过内力组合，得出框架的控制内力，最后完成框架各构件的配筋计算并绘制本框架的施工图，同时选算框架的一个基础，得出基础配筋计算并绘制施工图。另一方面，手算出主要工程量，拟定施工方案，确定施工程序、施工流向、施工顺序、施工方法、劳动组织、技术组织措施等工作，安排施工网络进度，规划好现场平面布置，做好了三通一平和人、机、料、法、环的组织设计。关键词：建筑设计,框架,
