1、摘 要本设计包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为司马矿300万t/a新井设计。司马煤矿位于山西省长治市,交通便利。井田走向长约6.61km,倾向长约6.36km,井田总面积为35km2。主采煤层为3号煤、9号煤,平均倾角为4,煤层平均总厚为8.08m。井田地质条件较为简单。井田工业储量为39089万t,矿井可采储量28253万t。矿井服务年限为62.8a,涌水量不大,矿井正常涌水量为120m3/h,最大涌水量为140m3/h。矿井瓦斯涌出量较低,为低瓦斯矿井。根据井田地质条件,提出四个技术上可行的开拓方案。方案一:立井单水平开拓;方案二:主斜副立单水平开拓;方案三:立井两水平
2、开拓,立井直接延深;方案四:立井两水平开拓,暗斜井延深。通过技术经济比较,最终确定方案一为最优方案。水平标高+650 m。设计首采区采用采区准备方式,工作面长度240 m,采用综采放顶煤采煤法,矿井年工作日为330 d,工作制度为“三八制”。大巷采用胶带运输机运煤,辅助运输采用无轨胶轮车设备。矿井通风方式为两翼对角式通风。一般部分共包括10章:1.矿区概述及井田地质特征;2.井田境界和储量;3.矿井工作制度及设计生产能力、服务年限;4.井田开拓;5.准备方式-盘区巷道布置;6.采煤方法;7.井下运输;8.矿井提升;9.矿井通风与安全技术;10.矿井基本技术经济指标。专题部分题目是放顶煤冒放性影
3、响因素及分析。主要采用相似模拟散体实验分析影响因素。翻译部分主要内容短壁连续采煤机在薄煤层中开采条件的分类,英文题目为:Classification of conditions for short-wall continuous mechanical mining in shallowly buried coal seam with thin bedrock。ABSTRACTThis design includes of three parts: the general part, special subject part and translated part.The general par
