1、摘 要本设计包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为麻家梁煤矿10.0 Mt/a新井设计。麻家梁矿井位于山西省朔州市的南部,交通便利。井田走向长约10.16 km,倾斜宽约6.12 km,总面积为59.531 km2。主采煤层为4#、9#煤,煤层倾角为210,平均倾角为5,平均厚度分别为6.62、11.96 m。井田地质条件较为简单。井田工业储量为1580.2492 Mt,可采储量为1126.6387 Mt。矿井设计生产能力为10.0 Mt/a。矿井服务年限为80.47 a,水文地质较简单,矿井正常涌水量为304 m3/h,最大涌水量为464 m3/h。矿井最大瓦斯相对涌出量为1
2、.41 m3/t,为低瓦斯矿井。井田开拓方式为立井单水平开拓。采用胶带输送机运煤,无轨胶轮车辅助运输。矿井通风方式前期中央并列式,后期中央分列式与对角式混合通风。矿井年工作日为330 d,工作制度为“四六”制。一般部分共包括10章,包括:矿区概述及井田地质特征,井田境界和储量,矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限,井田开拓,带区巷道布置,采煤方法,井下运输,矿井提升,矿井通风与安全及设计矿井基本技术经济指标。专题部分题目是厚表土超大断面井筒施工与支护技术,主要介绍了麻家梁矿厚表土层超大断面立井井筒的快速施工工艺、冻结施工工艺、井壁注浆技术及高强高性能混凝土支护技术。翻译部分主要内容是关于深埋煤

The normal flow of the mine is 304 m3/h and the max flow of the mine is 464 m3/h. The relative mine gas gush is 1.41m3/t ,so it is a low gas mine. The mine is a single level in sh
