    1、摘要本设计为 3.00Mt/a 的矿区型选煤厂,地处安徽省淮北市。该厂的工作制度为每年工作 330 天,每天 16 小时,实行两班生产,一班检修的轮换制度。本厂入洗淮北矿区一矿,二矿原煤,两者的比例为 28.8%:71.2%。主要产品为精煤、中煤、煤泥和矸石。其中,精煤灰分要求为 9.019.50%,水分 Mt12.00%。经过原煤资料分析、可选性判断以及经济技术比较后,本选煤厂流程定为三产品重介旋流器粗煤泥 TBS-浮选联合工艺流程。原煤筛分破碎准备作业后,经过三产品重介旋流器分选,选出精、中、矸三个产品,煤泥浮选,尾煤压滤,达到洗水闭路循环。精煤、中煤用铁路运出,煤泥和矸石用汽车外运,在当

    2、地销售。该厂的主要建筑有准备车间、原煤仓、主厂房、压滤车间、产品仓等。其中,主产房南北 3 跨,东西 6 跨。由于该厂为大型厂,所选设备大处理量较大,其中三产品旋流器为 3DGMC1200/850A, 精煤脱介筛型号为 ZKS3675,中煤与矸石脱介筛型号为 ZKS3060,精煤磁选机与中矸磁选机型号为 CTXN1030,精煤离心机与中煤离心机型号均为 VM-1200,浮选机采用 XJM-S20 型。本厂总投资 25782.44 万元,吨煤基建投资 85.94 元/t,投资回收期 4 个月,全员效率为 89.13t/工人。除工艺流程外,本设计还对选煤厂的建筑结构、供电和电气、机修车间、铁路运输

    3、、劳动定员、生产成本及建厂初步投资概算做了系统的设计。设计时吸收了国内先进经验,全厂生产作业实现了集中控制、机械化和自动化。关键词:设计; 重介质选煤; 浮选ABSTRACTThis is a coal processing plant design for Mine-based coal preparation plant and its designed productivity capacity is 3.00Mt/a.Its located in Huaibei of Anhui Province.There are 330 workdays per year and 16 hours

    4、 per workday in this plant which runs in shifts,two shifts are in charge of producing and another is in charge of checking and repairing equipments.The raw coal comes form 1 Mine&2 Mine of the Huaibei-Coal Mine,and between which the proportion is 28.8percents to 71.2 persents.The main products are:

    5、clean coal,middling and tailings.Among them the clean coal require Ad is between 9.01persent and 9.50 persent,Mt12.00% at the same time.After analyzing the date of coal samples,estimating of the quality and comparation of economics and technique,the flowsheet of the plant is designed as roughing of

    6、the there product heavy medium-flotation united.All of the raw coal is separated in there-product-dense-medium cyclones.In the final the fine coal is concentrated by flotation.The tailings from flotation are treated by pressure filtration so that fine coal can be recovered and washing water is recyc

    7、led inside the plant.Among the products of the plant,the fine coal and middle coal are carried by train.The gangue and the slime are carried by car, selling in the region.The main buildings of this plant include the prepare plant,the coal camalig,the main plant,the pressure plant and the produce cam

    8、alig.In this plants,the main plant have3units in the south and north direction and 6 units in the east and west direction.For the plant is a large one,the processing quantity of the machine is also large.The model number of there-product-cyclone is 3DGM1200/850A.The model number of fine coal is ZKS3

    9、675 ,of the middle and the gangue coal is ZKS3060.The model number of magnetic of fine the coal and the middle coal is CTXN1030.The model number of leave the scheming of fine coal and the middle coal is VM-1200.The flotation is XJM-S20.The total investment per ton of the raw coal is 257.8million yua

    10、n.The recovery period of investment is 4 months.The processing cost per ton of raw coal is 85.94 yuan.The total efficiency is 89.13 tons per people.Besides the technological process, the project also include projects systematically about the supplying of the electricity, the machine repairing, the r
