1、摘要本设计是锦界一矿5.0Mt/a新井设计,设计矿井为一井一面的高效矿井。通过对地质资料的深入分析,采用斜井多水平开拓方案。主斜井、副斜井和风井均位于井田中部,采用中央并列式通风。井田内有三层煤,且间距小,煤层倾角均小于1。根据煤层赋存条件和井田地质构造特点,采用分层大巷布置方式,三条大巷均布置在煤层中。采煤方法采用走向长壁采煤方法。 在设计中,在大巷布置方式进行了经济技术比较。全矿井划分为4个盘区。盘区采用双巷掘进,减少了煤柱损失,增加了煤矿的生产效益。在设计中,为了尽可能的实现集中生产,采用一井一面的高效矿井模式。在设计工程中,采用了综采综掘等先进工艺和技术。这不仅提高了煤炭开采和掘进的效
2、率,而且减小了建井工期和初期投资。 通过不断优化设计,优化开拓布局,简化生产系统,通过采用先进的技术和装备,提高开采机械化水平,实现高度集中生产,进而达到高产高效的目标。关键词: 分层布置;走向长壁;双巷掘进;AbstractThis design is the new mine design of Jinjie NO.1 mine with capability of 5.0Mt/a ,and it is a high production and high efficiency mine with one producing shaft and one mining face .After

Main Inclined shaft,auxiliary Inclined shaft and airshaft are all located inmiddle of the mine field, and central ventilation with down shaft and upcast side by side in the central
4、 of the mine field is used. There are Three caol seams in the mine field, and the spacing among them is small and the average dip angle of coal seams is about 1 degree. According to the coal seams deposit condition and mine field geological structure characteristics, Hierarchical roadway layout are
5、used and three roadways are all laid in the Coal seam. Coal mining methods are the strike longwall mining method.In the course of design,technical and economic comparision is used in the layout of development roadway . The whole mine field are divided into 4 Disc area. In the strip section , jumping
6、 mining and roadway driven along gob are used, and they reduce the loss of coal pillar ,and increase the coal mine sproduction benefits. In design, in order to realize centralized production,the patterns of high-output-and-high-efficiency mine with one producing shaft and one mining face are applied
7、 .During the design ,the advananced technologies and techniques such as fully mechanized mining and fully mechanized tunneling are used.
