1、摘 要本设计包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为城郊煤矿1.5Mt/a新井设计。城郊井田位于河南省永城市境内,区内交通十分便利。井田东西走向长约5.4km,南北倾向宽约7.2km,井田面积约38.6km2。井田内可采煤层共有2层,主采煤层为二2煤。井田内二2煤倾角在47之间,平均厚度2.95m。矿井工业储量为128.2Mt,可采储量为127.1Mt,设计服务年限60.5a。矿井正常涌水量为180m3/h,最大涌水量为220m3/h。矿井相对瓦斯涌出量为1.732m3/t,绝对瓦斯涌出量为2.53m3/min,属低瓦斯矿井。煤层无自然发火倾向,且煤尘无爆炸危险性。根据井田地质条
2、件,设计开拓方案:采用立井单水平开拓,井筒位于-700水平。整个井田划分为2个带区和2个盘区。采用中央并列式通风。矿井首采区采用盘区式准备方式,工作面设计长度260m,采用综合机械化采煤工艺。矿井年工作日为330d,昼夜净提升时间为16h。矿井采用“三八”制工作制度,两班生产,一班检修。生产班每班完成4个采煤循环。循环进尺为0.8m,日产量为4545.45t。矿井煤炭采用胶带输送机运输,辅助运输采用蓄电池式电机车牵引固定箱式矿车。主井采用一两对12t底卸式箕斗提煤,副井井筒内装备1.67m宽罐笼和1.02m窄罐笼运送物料和升降人员。专题部分题目为:煤矿瓦斯事故预防技术研究。翻译部分题目为:Th

4、Mine. Chengjiao Coal Mine lies in the Yongcheng City, Henan province. The transportation in the mining area is very convenient. Its about 5.4 km on the strike and 7.2 km on the dip, with the 38.6 km2 total area. There are 2 minable coal seam. The main aquifer coal seam is 2-2 coal seam with an avera
5、ge thickness of 2.95 m, and the dip of 2-2 coal seam is 47. The proved reserves of this coal mine are 128.2 Mt and the minable reserves are 127.1 Mt, with a mine life of 50.6 a. The normal mine inflow is 180 m3/h and the maximum mine inflow is 220 m3/h. The mine relative gas emission quantity is 1.7
6、32 m3/t, and the absolute gas emission quantity is 2.53 m3/min. Thus, it is a low gas mine.
