1、摘 要 本设计包括三部分：一般部分，翻译部分和专题部分。一般部分是石台矿180万吨新井设计。全篇共分为十个部分：矿井概述及井田地质特征、井田境界和储量、矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限、井田开拓、准备方式采区巷道布置、采煤方法、井下运输、矿井提升与运输、矿井通风与安全和矿井主要经济技术指标。石台矿位于安徽省淮北市石台镇境内，西南距淮北市约15km。区内铁路运输有矿用铁路经符夹线至符离集，可通往华东各工业城市，公路可直通徐州、宿县、阜阳等地，交通甚为方便。另外井田北有连霍高速公路，交通较方便。南邻张庄矿，西接岱河矿和朔里矿，东以张庄向斜轴与井田相连，北以16号勘探线为界，南北长7.5公里，东

2、西宽4.5公里，面积约22平方公里。3煤层为可采煤层，厚度为7m，平均倾角为170。井田内工业储量为21502.67万吨，可采储量为15092.238万吨。矿井正常涌水量329m3/h，属于低瓦斯矿井。煤尘有爆炸危险性，并且煤层有自燃发火倾向。石台煤矿设计年生产能力为180万t/a，服务年限为62.98a。矿井工作制度为“三八”制。矿井的采煤方法为走向长壁综合机械化一次采全高法开采。矿井为三水平采区开拓。一水平标高为-300m，采用立井开拓，主立井主要用于提升煤炭，副立井主要用于提升人员、矸石、和材料等。二水平设置在-550m，采用暗斜井延伸。三水平设置在-800m，采用暗斜井延伸。矿井采用一

3、矿一面的高效作业方式，另外设一备用面。工作面长度为165m。水平运输大巷采用3t底卸式矿车运输煤炭及架线式电机车牵引1.5t固定箱式矿车运输矸石和材料等。矿井通风方式为抽出通风方式，风井布置方式为混合式。专题部分主要对煤炭建设井巷工程费用进行线性分析，分析变化规律，以简化设计中费用查找的程序。翻译部分是关于一篇关于煤矿开采中的软岩工程，题目为：“Optimization of soft rock engineering with particular reference to coal mining”关键词：井田 ；主井 ；副井 ；通风 ABSTRACTThis design includes
