神华煤业公司2.4Mta矿区型选煤厂初步设计.docx

1、摘 要本设计为神华煤业公司2.40Mt/a矿区型选煤厂的初步设计，入洗原煤为一矿和二矿，入洗比例为75%：25%，两矿原煤均为焦煤。设计要求精煤产品满足灰分Ad=8.018.50%，水分Mt12.00%。本设计先对煤质资料进行分析、校正、计算，确定原煤是否分组、分级入选，并分析原煤的可选性。在此基础上，通过对几个可能的选煤工艺流程进行产品预测和技术经济比较，最终采用了三产品重介旋流器TBS粗煤泥分选浮选联合工艺流程。该厂原煤由皮带运至准备车间进行分级筛分，分级筛的筛孔为50mm，+50mm原煤进入破碎机，破碎后与分级筛筛下一起由皮带运至主厂房，进入有压三产品重介旋流器分选，0.5-0.25mm

2、粗煤泥进入TBS分选机，-0.25mm煤泥采用直接浮选。该设计选煤厂的主要产品指标如下：精煤：产率=87.09% ，灰分=8.03% ，水分=7.67%中煤：产率=2.68% ，灰分=36.61% ，水分=12.68% 矸石：产率=8.34% ，灰分=75.26% ，水分=14.00%煤泥：产率=1.86% ，灰分=46.37% ，水分=23.00%除工艺流程外，本设计还对选煤厂的建筑结构、供电和电气、机修车间、铁路运输、劳动定员、生产成本及建厂初步投资概算做了系统的设计。工厂工作制度为每年生产330天，每天工作16小时，两班生产，一班检修。全厂在籍人数184人，工程总投资18625.67万元

3、，吨煤投资77.61元,静态投资回收期为0.58年。全厂各车间各生产环节采用了先进的自动化检测装置，控制实行全厂集中控制与就近操作相结合的方法。为防止环境污染，该厂煤泥水系统实现洗水闭路循环，不外排生产废水。在粉尘和噪音污染严重的场所采取一定的除尘降噪措施。关键词: 选煤厂；设计； 重介 ABSTRACTThis is an initial design of Shen hua coking coal preparation plant with a capability of 2.40Mt/a . Raw coal comes from first mine and second mine,

The designed ash content of the clean coal ranges from 8.01% to 8.50% and the moisture is no more than 12.00%.After analyzing the date of coal samples and estimating of the quality of raw coal, it can be decided in c

5、hoosing the flowsheets of preparation with grouped row coal or sized row coal. Throw the comparison of techniques and economy on possible flowsheets, Heavy cyclone-Flotation combined separation process is selected as essential preparation process.The raw coal ,Transported by Leather belt, is to size

6、d by a Sizing screen in the prepare plant. The Sieve of the Sizing screen is 50mm.After Sizing, those material larger than 50mm will be processed in crusher. Then those materialwill be processed in Pressure three products heavy medium cyclone, those smaller than 0.25mm will be processed in direct fl

The time of real production is 330

That is, there are 3 working shifts per day in which two shifts for running and one for maintenance.184 workers are listed in this coal preparation plant. 18.62 million Yuan is invested in project and 77.61 Yuan per ton, the recovery period of investing is 0.58 year.The

10、 advanced automatic detecting devices are used in the plant. The approach to the machines is to combine the centralized controllmention with on the spot interlocking controllment.In order to avoid polluting the environment, this plant carry out closed water circuit without draing black water slurry
