1、摘 要本设计为神华煤业公司2.40Mt/a矿区型选煤厂的初步设计,入洗原煤为一矿和二矿,入洗比例为75%:25%,两矿原煤均为焦煤。设计要求精煤产品满足灰分Ad=8.018.50%,水分Mt12.00%。本设计先对煤质资料进行分析、校正、计算,确定原煤是否分组、分级入选,并分析原煤的可选性。在此基础上,通过对几个可能的选煤工艺流程进行产品预测和技术经济比较,最终采用了三产品重介旋流器TBS粗煤泥分选浮选联合工艺流程。该厂原煤由皮带运至准备车间进行分级筛分,分级筛的筛孔为50mm,+50mm原煤进入破碎机,破碎后与分级筛筛下一起由皮带运至主厂房,进入有压三产品重介旋流器分选,0.5-0.25mm
2、粗煤泥进入TBS分选机,-0.25mm煤泥采用直接浮选。该设计选煤厂的主要产品指标如下:精煤:产率=87.09% ,灰分=8.03% ,水分=7.67%中煤:产率=2.68% ,灰分=36.61% ,水分=12.68% 矸石:产率=8.34% ,灰分=75.26% ,水分=14.00%煤泥:产率=1.86% ,灰分=46.37% ,水分=23.00%除工艺流程外,本设计还对选煤厂的建筑结构、供电和电气、机修车间、铁路运输、劳动定员、生产成本及建厂初步投资概算做了系统的设计。工厂工作制度为每年生产330天,每天工作16小时,两班生产,一班检修。全厂在籍人数184人,工程总投资18625.67万元
3、,吨煤投资77.61元,静态投资回收期为0.58年。全厂各车间各生产环节采用了先进的自动化检测装置,控制实行全厂集中控制与就近操作相结合的方法。为防止环境污染,该厂煤泥水系统实现洗水闭路循环,不外排生产废水。在粉尘和噪音污染严重的场所采取一定的除尘降噪措施。关键词: 选煤厂;设计; 重介 ABSTRACTThis is an initial design of Shen hua coking coal preparation plant with a capability of 2.40Mt/a .
